Located in a gated community (Aster Cove - Crescent Lakes) in Kissimmee. Licensed to sleep up to ten people. Large eat-in kitchen and double garage.
Aster House is just a 15- to 20-minute drive from Disney, and a ten-minute drive from 192 highway where you will find lots of shops, restaurants, and Medieval Times. It is about a 20-minute drive from Orlando airport and about one-hour drive from Sandford airport. The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Center are just over one-hour drive away and the gulf beaches are about one-and-one-half hours to two-hour drive away.
Aster House is a single-story villa which is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans. The large pool is screened and has a seated lanai area. Pool heating is an optional extra if required. The lawned garden area has a built in charcoal barbecue. The master bedroom has en suite, two sinks, circular bath, walk-in shower facilities, and a king-size bed. There is a bedroom with twin beds. There are two further bedrooms with double-size beds and two further bathrooms both with sink, bath, shower facilities. The layout is such that each double-size bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has cable TV.
The living room has TV/VCR/DVD and CD player for your personal use. There is a large, spacious, eat-in kitchen with a dining room which has a table and six chairs.
The villa has a double garage and a separate utility area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
