This gorgeous, private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes, and designer furnishings. It is very spacious, approximately 6000 square feet. There are wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, and a bright and airy floor plan.
Daily maid service is provided.
The main entry level has the living room with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace,LCD TV, kitchen with granite counter tops and gourmet appliances, and spacious dining room. These are all combined into a beautiful great room. The private hot tub is on a deck just outside the dining area. Downstairs is a large family room with TV, DVD and pool table. There is a two-car garage, washer/dryer, boot dryer, and every amenity to make for a wonderful ski vacation.
There are six bedrooms total: the large master suite has a king-size bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, jetted tub, and walk-in steam shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom with shower stall. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and bathroom with shower just outside in the hall. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, adjoining bathroom. The fifth bedroom (downstairs) has a queen-size bed and shares a bath with the sixth bedroom which has twin bunk beds and a queen-size sofa sleeper.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, one-point-two miles from Deer Valley Resort. It is three miles from Park City Mountain Resort, and one-point-seven miles from Main Street area. Options are available for transportation in town.

We live in Park City and had friends visit from out of town so we rented this home. You all did a great job - from reservation through departure. I would suggest updating the pictures of the house (entry way; size of main master bedroom; downstairs play area/pool table). It was beautiful home. Thanks for everything. Pat&Liz
