Three bedroom two full bath, 1600 square foot home that is handicapped accessible for individuals requiring more mobility. There is a front and back porch for enjoying both the sunrise and the sunset and an enclosed back yard to ensure your privacy. This home is a fully furnished, turn key home with enough features to ensure your vacation will be memorable. Master bedroom has a king size bed, one bed room has a collapsible trundell bed that sleeps two or acts as two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a single on the top. The front room has a "L" shape couch with two recliners and a sleeper. There is three televisions with remote controls, a DVD player located in the living room and a VCR player in one of the bedrooms. A reverse osmosis system and a water softener is provided to ensure your drinking, washing and bathing water is the best available. Interested in renting to individuals who will treat our home as their own. Fifteen minutes South is Cattail State Park, fifteen minutes North is Windsor State Park. Come enjoy the lake, and the desert beauty! Small pet ok.

Great home, all the amenities you could ask for. Conveinent to shopping, London Bridge, dining and night life. Great neighborhood, very quiet, with lots of parking.

What a great vacation destination! With the lake just minutes away, this house was a wonderful place for us to stay while enjoying the outdoors. It was very roomy and clean, with a nice large enclosed area outback for pets and kids to play. And a view of the lake! Very pretty. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend theis place for vacation and/or wintertime rental.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and location of this rental. It was nice area and neighborhood. The house was clean, inviting, and well furnished and had plenty of room. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested.
