Our first vacation on HHI and it was fantastic. Home was beautiful, wonderfully equipped, even child-friendly (we just put away a few picture frames)..Bikes were a great item to have- we were able to get a trailer & tag-along added for our kids..Nice having beach items & not having to pack them. Bedrooms were great, plantation is beautiful -we are looking forward to next year!! Thanks!!

our family of six was very comfortable in this beautiful condo! The large living area combined with the open concept kitchen worked great for spending time together when we were inside. The pool and tennis courts were just around the corner and the bikes were a great way to see the rest of the resort as well as go for rides on the beach! We'd love to return to Hilton Head and would definetely rent this condo again!

Our family of 6 were very comfortable at this condo rental. The place was spacious yet cozy and the view of the azalias from the 3 large sliders was georgeous! We could walk to one of the inground pools and tennis courts as it was just around the corner - the bikes were a great way to get to the beach as well as a way to check out the beautiful Palmetto Dunes resort neighborhoods. We'd love to vacation again in Hilton Head and would definetly rent this condo again.

We stayed at 506 Queen's Grant for the month of February 2010. This condo unit was probably one of the most equipped condos we've ever stayed in. The internet connection was super fast and it was nice to have the bicycles already provided. Because of colder than normal weather this February, we spent a great deal of time in the condo. It was great to have such a spacious condo. 506 Queen's Grant is in my top 3 condos.

This was our sixth trip to Hilton Head and each time we loved it! We really enjoyed our stay. We had a good week. We enjoyed the beach and the PD pool. We cooked seafood in each night! It was delicious! Several bad storms came through which cut down on beach time! We hope to return to HHI next year again!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we loved it! Escaping the flood-ravaged prairie in IOWA – it was like coming to visit a “Little Heaven on Earth.” We very much enjoyed your villa – absolutely everything we needed! The bikes were great to have – we rode them everywhere. Our favorites were:The beach of course, golfing at Trent Jones, the General Store close by, Bistro 17 Restaurant at Shelter Cove Harbor was small, quaint, uncrowded, & delicious!We enjoyed the fireworks Tuesday night but they were short and it was very crowded. Going to Sea Pines today for shopping, see the lighthouse, and to listen to the Greg Russell show. This will be fun! It’s a beautiful place and we had fabulous weather. Thanks for everything! We will be back to vacation here again.

What a beautiful villa you have here. You made a vacation that feels like home for us! The place had absolutely everything we needed or wanted that makes for a pleasant stay for certain. The location was ideal - close to the beach, shops & food. We truly appreciate all of the amenities you provided for us. My favorite place to shop was at Harbortown in Sea Pines. We went for many bike rides and walks. Pleasant for our 1 yr. old. Alexander's was top notch! Drinks, food and service was amazing. Also made some souvenirs at the Hemp Seed & High Tide Bead Shop (bracelets) Thanks again!

First of all, we love HHI! I came the first time in 1986 and have returned many times. This is our first stay at 506 Queens Grant and I hope to say it won't be our last. Our best tip for the island is eating at Hudson's. It is by far our fave over the years. We also took a day trip to Savannah, just had to eat at Lady & Sons! Thanks for a top rate villa. 40-60-80 Birthday Vacation.

My husband and I lived in Augusta, GA, and spent many weekends here then moved, had kids, 20 years later we are back with our 4 children. It has grown but the changes seem to be integrated into the theme of he island. We golfed, played tennis, kayaked, ran, biked...had an active vacation without having to get in the car. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak trip. Our last night we went to Broad Creek Marina and went on the Cheers sail boat, saw dolpins (which was on the list of things to do.) For dinner we went to the Boat House off of Gumtree Ave. The dinner and atmosphere was the "coup de teut" of the vacation. Strongly recommend both.

Our second trip to Hilton Head (same time last year). Weather fantastic. Golf brilliant, played 5 rounds (Bloody Point, Pinecrest, Palmetto Hall, Port Royal, Planters Row and Country Club at Hilton Head. Tough for us ladies, but men enjoyed. Condo was wonderful so spacious and comfortable, thank you for the use of it. Hope to return next year.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time here in your condo. The kitchen and grill came in handy for a few dinners, but if you're into going out for dinner, definitely give Frankie Bones a try. The Salmon Oscar is delicious!!! Kingfisher wasn't bad, just don't sit outside on the back patio - the flies attack you. Also, of course, Guiseppi's was yummo! Thanks for allowing us to stay here and enjoy your place. (We came with the Lusher's)

Dear Telie and Paul, Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful villa! It was very comfortable and so spacious for the 3 of us! We had a lovely week - great weather! We loved the location - so close to the beach, general store. The kitchen was great for us - we visisted "Barnacle Bills" on the island for great fresh seafood & "cooked in" two evenings, which we enjoyed. We also had a great dinner at Red Fish, one of our favorite restaurants on the island. A trip to Savannah's Riverfront was also memorable and fun, took a walk in forsyth Park - lovely! Thanks for providing the bikes for a short jaunt to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and always wish it was more than one week a year! This was my son's 1st trip to HHI, & he had a great time! Thanks Again!

Hello Telie & Paul, What a wonderful villa you have. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. You really thought of everything. Our famly - 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a "tween" had a great time with 506 Queen's Grant as home base. It was great being so close to the beach and the pool - we played all day, everyday,and coming back to turbo-charged AC was a real afternoon treat. After a great meal out - we didn't have a bad supper anywhere - we felt right at home snuggled up watching a movie then crashing in the oh-so-comfy feather beds. (Really nice tough BTW.) We had so much fun and did so many things, I wanted to share some of the best... and worst... Dinner - Frankie Bones - try the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Awesome!! Marley's - go early, fun place. Unusual menu but good food! Ronnie's Bakery - fresh donuts To Do: Island Explorer Dolphin & Beach Comber Tour - Private boat lost count after 20 dolphins. Even saw a shark but luckily didn't meet his MaMa. My daughter especially liked the tour guide who she dubbed "Captain Hottie." Sky Pirates for Parasailing - Great boat and might have room for spectators, our trip did. Lessons Learned: Avoid Hilton Head Diner - "Yucky" Legendary Golf - Too religious. I like my bible quotes in a church. Piggly Wiggly - DON'T go on Saturday when you get here without your battle armour. I was jungle rules and quite ugly after a 12 hour drive. Guisseppi's does have great pizza, but be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Hope this helps the next group staying here enjoy the island as much as we did. Until next year... The Sarzynski's

Great Place! We had a wonderful stay. The weather was very hot (the hottest week of the summer to date), but the beach and pool helped to keep us cool. The kids had a blast with the boogie boards and tubes, and we spent a lot of time biking all over the island. The General Store was nice and close. The kitchen was great for cooking in. We also traveled to Savannah which was great but be sure to take the back way through Bluffton. The beds were really comfy, although the pull-out couch was a dissappointment and could not be used. (Owner comment - We supply a very comfy roll-away cot and encourage guests not to use the pull-out on the sofa because it simply doesn't sleep as well.) Overall, it was a great vacation and HHI is one of our favorite places to visit. Hope you all have a great week, too. Here we go Steelers! Here we go! Pittsburgh's going to the Superbowl!

We had a super week here too! The villa was great/spacious. My family loves HHI! We shopped at Coligny Plaza - for you coupon lovers we are leaving coupon books that we picked up. Remember to check local grocery stores for additional info. We drove to Savannah - strongly encourage you to go - only 45 minutes - very nice drive. Go to HARBOUR TOWN! See Gregg Russell!!! We have seen him 4X now and each time is wonderful for the children and adults! (8pm every evening under the Liberty Oak Tree) The condo/villa provided everything we needed! Thank you for thinking of everything a family would need. We went to Shelter Cove and took "The Holiday" Boat Tour to see the dolphins (check coupon book) was very affordable and fun! We were on the boat for 2 hours! Great! Again, one of the best places we've stayed! The kitchen was super for preparing our own seafood dinners, etc.! This has been a GREAT vacation! PS- Pool was great! PRIVATE - like having our own pool! Beach was great! Thanks again for providing chairs, bikes, etc.!

What a great week we've had here on HHI! Your villa was wonderful and just enough room for us to be very comfortable (4 adults, 1 child). The weather this week was awesome - sun - sun - sun everyday! (We went through a lot of sunscreen!) Being close to the general store - great. It was nice to be close when we needed a "treat" at night! The beach and pool were very nice - it felt like we had the pool to ourselves all week! We enjoyed building sandcastles at the beach - especially our son! Ate at a lot of local restaurants - Sticky Fingers good for barbeque - Aunt Chilada's - terrible! Don't waste your time! We also took a 3 hour boat/beachcombing tour with Island Explorer (card in villa binder) - saw lots of dolphins and went to sandbar to get shells and found a lot of sanddollars. Really nice! (a different experience) They took us all through intercoastal area and Caligogue Sound by Daufuskie Island. This was our first time on Hilton Head and we love this place. We hope to return soon. What a busy week on Hilton Head!! We had a great time on the beach! The fireworks were even better! The condo was very nice & close to everything. We rented bikes and rode all over. I had a great vacation for the year of 2007. The condo was really nice, and it was comfortable. My friend and I played some of the games and puzzles you had at the house. At night we relaxed and slept in the comfy beds and the house wasn't that far from the beach. I had a GREAT time and will be visiting Hilton Head Island next year, for sure.

What a great vacation! The villa was so comfortable! It was awesome to NOT have to pack our beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. We also enjoyed the bikes - we rode all over - shopping, to get ice cream, see the boats at the marina. We also loved being close to the General Store - we bought our coffee there every morning. The kids loved the pool - it was never crowded. We cooked a few times - the kitchen was nice! We ate at Steamer's Seafood down at Coligny Square - it was good. We come for the beach and it is awesome, but the rest of the stuff are wonderful "extras." All these years we went to Florida ~ Why? We love it here and will return as often as we can!

Walked in the door to a relaxing condo. Your family has really made this a beautiful place to stay. Our family is big into eating in and cooking so your huge kitchen was perfect. We cannot say enough how comfortable this condo is. Much better than your usual beach decor. We've come to Hilton Head for years and this condo has been our favorite. Thank you for letting our family enjoy this place. Fireworks at Shelter Cove on Tuesdays is very crowded and tons of traffic. Just enjoy walk and take in the beauty of our favorite vacation. The villa was Great! You thought of everything!! Weather was good, a few showers - Beach was great. The General Store was a Godsend, being so close and the food they made was as good if not better than some of the local restaurants. Duafuskie Island Tour a tourist rip off. They advertise this secluded island but there is tons of construction etc. going on there. Was not peaceful at all will become overdeveloped. Again the villa was super - so much room it was strange for only 2 people - but great. The pool was close and nice and the noise level in the unit was nice - couldn't hear anything. The bikes were a blessing for local trips and the beach as driving around can be a pain - lots of traffic. All in all - Great Trip would come back. Thank you.
