  • We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this house and enjoyed it just as much. The house is very comfortable with every thing you could wish for, in a convenient but peaceful and quiet location. There are lots of very good golf courses and a good choice of restaurants all within easy travelling distance.

  • A lovely house, very comfortable with everything you could need. From the lanai beside the pool you could see all kinds of beautiful birds and watch the mullet jumping in the canal, but sadly the dolphins never put in an appearance for us. The owner stocked the fridge with essentials for us on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The month went by far too quickly and we look forward to a return visit sometime.

  • Wonderful! The tedium of a long haul flight from the UK instantly evaporated when we walked into the house. It was so welcoming and homely made even more so by the owner thoughtfully making sure sure some food and drinks were available for our arrival-a lovely gesture. The home is superbly equiped, we needed for nothing. So peaceful and quiet, we spent most our time fishing, swimming and sunbathing. There's an astonishing variety of wildlife is to be found in the canal; dolphins, small sharks, turtles and best of all we both caught tarpon... some tasty fish for the BBQ too! We left with a heavy heart and lumps in our throats, best USA break ever - in fact, best break period. Impatiently waiting for 2007!

  • This home away from home was very comfortable. The accomodations were wonderful. The pool was beatiful and so relaxing. We were able to travel to so many interesting places like Punta Gorda and Boca Grande. The sunsets along the canal and seen from the lanai were breathtaking. The property was very well kept and a wonderful retreat. I hope to visit again next year!!
