You can't find a Condo closer to the beautiful Grace Bay beach than this luxury Condo. Literally a stone's throw from waters as clear as gin, which engulf one of Grace Bay's famous coral reefs. The reef lies only a few feet from the soft white-powdered beachfront of this beautiful Condo.
Location: Grace Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Coral Gardens is a privately owned condominium located on the white sands of Grace Bay, directly in front of the best snorkeling reef on Provo. Grace Bay is a reef-protected bay that lies on the northern side of the island and is less than 15 minutes from the Airport.
Accommodations: This 2,128 square foot beach front Condominium has two bedrooms, two and a half baths. The 36 feet of sliding glass walls that separate the living area from a wrap-around balcony can be opened to disappear into concealed pockets to give you the most magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean.
The Condo also includes a full gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen contains a breakfast bar that seats four where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful views the Condo offers. The balcony has a table that seats four and two outdoor lounge chairs plus another sitting area. The open floor plan has a dining area with a formal glass dining table.
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, television, a large dresser and has it's own sliding-glass door that leads to the wrap-around balcony. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, double granite vanity, and glass and tile shower. The second bedroom includes a full, tiled bathroom, king-sized bed, covered balcony, cable television, and a large closet and dresser.
The Condo can be configured into two options: two bedrooms and two and a half baths (2128 square feet, sleeps four ), or one bedroom and one and a half baths (1700 square feet, sleeps two ).

Enjoy endless water activities with our on-site dive shop Caicos Adventures. Matthew Williams, the manager, will be happy to help you. Take a sunset cruise, a boat excursion to the exotic caves of Middle Caicos, explore snorkeling wonders within steps from your door, take an island getaway where you can be left on a deserted beach, experience the glow-worm tours, para-sailing, or whale watching.
Consider a day of reef or bone fishing with Captain Barr Gardiner... the best on the island. Don't forget the unexpected meeting you might encounter with JoJo, Turks and Caicos most famous, friendly dolphin. With so many options, you'll have to come back.
Taste the many flavors of the Island. Enjoy a fresh conch salad or grilled cracked conch at Da Conch Shack in Blue Hills, where they catch the conch on-site daily. Or treat yourself to an elegant meal at one of the many outstanding restaurants on Provo. Be sure to try Coyaba, a gourmet restaurant where you can enjoy candle-lit romantic ambiance, some of the best food on the island and an extensive wine list. A complete fitness center is available to you just next door at Windsong. Just show your room key for unlimited use.
Also on property is Somewhere, a beachfront restaurant serving daily a full American breakfast, lunch, and casual dinners, which embrace the many tastes of the Caribbean. Have a rum punch on the upper deck, which overlooks the beach of Grace Bay.
Sometime between 6:00 and 7:30 pm, depending on the time of year, you must take a cool drink on your main balcony to watch the most beautiful show on Earth, a Caribbean sunset.

Thanks for viewing this site for our condo.
We have been visiting the Caribbean for many years and in our travels have been to 16 of the Caribbean Islands. In all that time we had never considered purchasing until we came to the Turks and Caicos Islands. We fell in love with Coral Gardens and beautiful Grace Bay. We were the first to buy at Coral Gardens and as such we had our choice of all the units. Naturally we think we chose the best one.

My husband and I rented this unit last week and this unit is ideally situated both within Coral Gardens and on Grace Bay. The stack back doors go all the way across the front and the sides of the open living area. The living area is already large but with the doors stacked back, this unit becomes huge. The view is incredible and this property is very close to the actual sand. I would rent this unit again and again. Daily housekeeping service is included which was very nice. The bartenders and servers at the Somewhere cafe on the property were very friendly and fun. You can walk from this unit down the beach to other places to eat (or imbibe) very easily. And the snorkeling right there on the reef is incredible. Grace Bay is beautiful but make sure you drive down the road where Chalk Sound is located. Gorgeous. Turtle Tail and Long Bay are worth the trip too. I could go on and on. But, bottom line....stay here. You will not be disappointed unless you are looking for a more isolated experience. If you are, rent a villa on the other side of the island.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO privately owned condos throughout the Caribbean, US (including Hawaii), Mexico and Canada. Typically, we prefer to try a different location if we return to the same island or destination. With all of our vacation adventures throughout our travels, this is the first time we have stayed at the same condo on our 4th return trip to T&C. The unit is directly on the surf of Grace Bay with the warm ocean breeze welcoming you with your morning coffee or after dinner cocktail. The marine park reef is direclty out front of the building and we took advantage of numerous snorkel trips each day.Sea turltes, stingrays, eagle rays and the numerous variety of tropical fish await you. The unit is well maintained and stocked with all of the modern essentials. The owner's are very accommodating with local info and recommendations for those who have yet to explore the 11 mile long beach of Grace Bay and the island of Providenciales. The condo is much larger compared to other units we have stayed at in Grace Bay. The 2nd floor corner location allows you to see & hear the live mellow tunes from Somewhere Cafe 3 evenings a week or gaze at the constellation each evening, something we sorely lack living in a metro area. It always brings back wonderful memories for both of us and we are sure you will feel the same staying at this unit.......For additional info/comments, see our review from Nov/10......"a Couple of Canucks"

I stayed at the condo with my parents and wife this November and think it is a wonderful spot. The apartment has fantastic views onto Grace Bay and is nicely furnished with everything you could need. It was spotless and the retractable doors onto the balcony mean you can open the whole place up allowing the sea breeze in. It is a good size and the set up allows two couple to have their privacy while also sharing the space. The actual resort is well managed and the Somewhere bar is one of the best and most refreshingly 'Caribbean' bars / restaurants on the beach, the food is great. We ate in most evenings and I would recommend a car to really enjoy Turks. Overall a great stay

My husband and I spent 4 days in this wonderful condo for his 40th birthday. The condo is beautiful, updated, open, comfortable and spacious. The view is one of the best I have ever seen! The deck wraps around the unit with glass and all you can see are the blue waters of Grace Bay. If you leave the sliding glass doors open you can hear the waves all night long! The helpful staff makes you feel right at home. The staff was there for anything we needed - cabs, restaurant suggestions, extra towels, snorkeling gear, setting up our beach chairs - anything! We spent most of our time at the beach in front of Coral Gardens. We loved the beautiful reef right outside the unit. We spent a lot of time snorkeling - amazing tropical fish and even a turtle! What we really loved was how close the unit is to so many wonderful restaurants. Each night we walked to a different restaurant via the beach! This condo is really a magical place. We both really relaxed at Coral Gardens and in our busy lives it was a true pleasure. The owners were very nice and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We spent the week before Christmas in this amazing unit. We had stayed at Coral Gardens three years ago...loved the location but were not so wild about our accomodations. This unit provided not only the perfect location but the perfect accomodations. Our view was breath taking. We spent several evenings with the glass doors wide open enjoying the sound of the ocean or the sound of the local bands at Somewhere. The unit was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. But, I will admit we did not use them to their full potential as we spent many meals at various restaurants on the island. Mike was extremely helpful suggesting various places to eat (I think we tried them all)! We stayed here with our three children ages 13-20. There was plenty of room for all of us in the unit (next time would probably have a roll away set up). The living area was huge. Plenty of room for lounging, gaming, etc. The kids loved being able to walk right out the door to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Jerome was always there to 'set us up' with our chairs and towels. What a gem he is! My husband and two of the kids did a dive with Matthew from Caicos Adventures. We had met him on our last visit to the island and enjoyed meeting up with him again. Zeda, in the office was extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely be returning here again some day... it was truly... Paradise!

My husband and I just returned from our one week vacation at this home away from home. This was our third year in a row and have stayed previously at different units along the shores of Grace Bay from the far east end, central and now Coral Garden's western location. For those who enjoy being close to the ocean's edge with a reef outside your building, this condo goes beyond expectations. It is wonderful to hear the surf with your morning coffee from the 2nd floor balcony and look at the stars in the evening. The 'eyesore' semi constructed condo beside Coral Garden's do not come into view from this unit. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants (driving or short cab ride), we are already talking about our return to this unit. Three of the seven nights after our dinner's out had 'live' entertainment for those who appreciate good tunes. All shut it down by 9:30 so you will not be disturbed when trying to sleep. The living area is much more spacious than previously rented units, king bed in master is very comfortable, large and deep balcony wraps around two sides. Ensuite also very spacious with his and her sinks, robes are a nice touch. Daily maid service is also provided and welcome. With one or both sliding glass walls open, the ocean breeze is warm (just be mindful of the 'no see-ums'). You do not have to pack so many clothes as the in suite washer and dryer are an added bonus. Just bring your bathing suit, snokel gear, shorts and tee's. Most of the higher end restaurants we visited are casual by metro city standards. Golf attire (sandals, shorts, golf shirts are acceptable). You will feel right at home with Jerome taking care of you on the beach and Rochelle accommodating your requests.

We have just returned from probably the best vacation we have ever had. We stayed at this fantastic condo with high expectations and this place blew them out of the water (sorry for the pun). Just to wake up in the morning (or whenever) and the first thing you see is the beautiful blue water of Grace Bay was beyond words. Snorkling almost right out your door at a reef full of beautiful fish, turtles and rays. We are already making plans for a return trip. Final words, "do it, you'll love it" PS. Get to know Jerome. He is a fantastic guy who will really help you out when you are there.

My husband and I just returned from Coral Gardens for our honeymoon and this room was everything we had imagined! (even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures can depict) The floors are all tiled and there are granite counter tops in the kitchen. The views of the water through the sliding glass walls were indescribable. The bedroom was very big with a spacious, double vanity sink and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Having a washer and dryer was helped with not having to pack so much, too. The grounds were very well maintained and lush tropical fauna surrounds you everywhere! Everyone from the groundskeepers to management was so friendly. The owner of the room was extremely helpful in answering questions about not only Coral Gardens, but Turks and Caicos (we were first time visitors). There is an oceanfront bar/cafe right beside the condo that was excellent. It was nice having that within walking distance from the room. We did rent a car and explore other restaurants as well. Da Conch Shack in the Blue Hills area was really neat and only about a 10 minute drive. Graceway IGA was only a 2 minute drive. We made breakfast in the room every morning (and of course ate on the balcony!), so having a grocery store nearby was very convenient. I thought that the beach would be extremely busy with the coral reef right out front, but we were amazed at how serene it was. We bought our own snorkel gear and used it every single day we were there. I was so glad we had the reef! We had never snorkeled before, but we were quickly addicted. We would LOVE to return to T&C in the near future and even after seeing all the big resorts (with lots of people and a little hectic), we will stay in this room. Of all the rooms, this one faced away from the neighboring resort down the beach, so all we could see was beautiful ocean views, a clear blue pool, and the low-key caribbean cafe nestled in the palms. We highly recommend this room for anyone wanting to relax and feel like you have the best seat in the house for an amazing tropical vacation!

If you are heading to the Caribbean, there is no better place to than Turks & Caicos. And if you’re going to Turks & Caicos, this is the unit in which you want to stay. Coral Gardens is perfectly situated next to the best beach on the island and is minutes from the top restaurants and shops. This second floor unit overlooks the prime snorkeling area as well as offers the best 180 degree views of the sunsets. Sliding glass doors disappear into the walls so that the place feels as if it is part of the coast. It is less than a minute to beach or to the little restaurant on property. And the pool is in the secluded grotto right under the balcony. The Coral Gardens staff has always made our visits better than expected. They go above and beyond in assisting with recommendations or needed services. Each stay, they have added new offerings whether they be DVD rentals or WiFi. Whether you are going for a few days or a few weeks, this is the place you want to stay.
