The Brooks is a gated community developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group. Spring Run is a par 72 championship golf course with 5 tees available for all levels of players. Our unit is charming and cheerful with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. You'll enjoy the panoramic views over the wide lake and golf course while relaxing on the large screened-in lanai.
