Large 1/3 acre lot in quiet, interior cul-de-sac. Maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths in main home, plus separate detached Mega-Casita with additional bedroom, living room, full bath and fireplace for total of 5 bedrooms/5 baths. Home comfortably sleeps 11-16 people: Casita an additional 2-4. Total: 9 separate beds available.

This truly one of a kind home is beautifully upgraded and finished with custom paint, granite & tile work, premium hardwood plantation shutters, and 3 fireplaces. The home is extremely quiet with additional insulation in all interior walls for increased sound-deadening.

Bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV with either DVD or VCR. Four bedrooms are luxury suites with private attached baths. Fifth bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. All bathrooms have upgraded slab granite counters and backsplash, and Kohler Cimarron comfort-height toilets.

The large and luxurious Master Suite #1 has a super-plush King-size bed, High Definition TV with DVD, surround sound, spacious walk-in closet, French door leads out to pool/spa. Large, open great room has a large screen (51 inch) High-definition TV, DVD, gas fireplace, wet bar. Double French doors lead out to the covered rear patio area and landscaped yard.

Fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters and backsplash, cooking center with two massive granite islands. GE Profile 5-burner gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances. Insta Hot water, double oven with convection, microwave, stainless refrigerator with cube ice, crushed ice & water dispensers, additional (second) GE Profile Triton dishwasher for those big gatherings.

Morning room/nook just off kitchen has an 8-sided poker table, with a convertible dining top, and a piano. Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm & citrus trees, aromatics, bird of paradise, and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, and you can watch the dancing flames in the outdoor fireplace.

Jandy digital in-house controller/monitor for the pool and spa allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa temperature and the outside air temperature.

The separate Mega-Casita is as highly upgraded as the main house, and features a large separate bedroom with a queen bed, double-sided gas fireplace, and walk-in closet. The spacious outer sitting room/office area includes a queen sofa-bed.

The Casita kitchen area has an under-counter U-Line Echelon Stainless Steel refrigerator with ice-maker, a GE Spacemaker II microwave oven, under cabinet lighting, beautiful slab granite counters and backsplash and raised panel European height maple cabinetry. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting in each room. There is a TV with VCR. The large front windows overlook the custom pool/spa and rock waterfall.

  • We had a wonderful time this past Thanksgiving Holiday with our two children and their families which was a grand total of 13. There was more than enough room for all of us. we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and more specifically the kids had great fun with the Foosball Game and the Wii. The facilities accommodated our complete "homemade" Thanksgiving dinner. Two dishwahers were great. The prompt response we had to any of our needs was most appreciated. Should plan a return to the La Quinta area in the future we will definitely check back with Desert Luxury Vacations.
