This lovely, two acre, wonderfully private, landscaped property features a large contemporary home. The two-story, four bedroom house has recently been refurbished and painted, and has a country decor.

The large lawn is a great place for kids of all ages to play and includes a play structure, horseshoes, and tire swing. This is a great location for a summer rental on Martha's Vineyard, located in West Tisbury, three miles from both Vineyard Haven and Lambert's Cove Beach with its beautiful white sand.
The downstairs of your Martha's Vineyard vacation home features a sunny eat-in kitchen where you can watch the multi-colored finches at the bird feeders in this park like setting and a separate dining room with an antique pine table that seats ten. The living room has a double set of French doors out to the stone patio and terraced perennial garden. There is also a solarium or tea room to view the garden and grounds. The living room has comfortable upholstered sofa and matching love seat, a reading chair with ottoman and a pine entertainment unit that hides the 25 inch TV with DVD/VCR.
Sunbeams enter through giant windows overlooking the garden to illuminate the stairways leading to the second floor. There are two wings on the second floor making this the perfect home for two families to share. Each wing has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a daybed and trundle, and a bath. The master suite has vaulted ceilings and a luxurious bath. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with a homey feel, patchwork quilts, and fine wooden or rattan furniture. One upstairs bedroom has a second TV and VCR so it can double as a den or kids area.
The morning and late afternoon light at this property is magical with patio dining seating for eight to enjoy your meals outdoors in the garden.
