  My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. The pictures do NOT do it justice. The multi-colored blue water is visible from every room in the condo (except the bathrooms). It is so close to the water, you actually feel like you are ON the water! Ha! There is a 180 degree unobstructed view of the water from the balcony. We watched many sunrises and sunsets from our cozy balcony! We also enjoyed coffee and meals on the balcony. I love the the chairs and table are bistro style, so we did not have to peak through the balcony bars to see the water. The master bedroom has sliding doors opening to the balcony and we kept them open at night to hear the waves hitting the shore. So peaceful! The condo itself is beautiful...the decor has a calming effect. We enjoyed being able to do laundry and use the full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was nice and quiet (no rowdy tenants). The condo was very clean and well-maintained, as well. The property representative in the lobby was super helpful to us upon check-in. We really appreciated our own parking spot in a gated garage, too! We enjoyed our beach umbrellas and chairs every day and we also viewed some dolphins while sitting on the beach on our last morning when the water was very calm! We very much enjoyed dinner at Maguires Pub and Dewey's. We also enjoyed great drinks and oysters by the half shell one afternoon at A.J.'s Seafood & Oyster Bar. For a nice change of scenery in the middle of the wee, we drove to Pensacola. We toured the lighthouse and we were lucky enough to watch the Blue Angels practice that day. We ate lunch at The Oar House, which came highly recommended by the folks at the lighthouse. Yum! We had the most wonderful crab cakes! I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be returning to this paradise! After a week here, we felt fully rested and refreshed. We feel it was one of our best vacations!

  Howard, We had a perfect Thanksgiving week vacation in Destin! Thank you so much. The weather was perfect the entire week. The highs were in the high sixties and low seventies - clear blue sky - just perfect. We were truly there for rest and relaxation and spent most of the time on the beach or on the balcony. Our sons (ages 20 & 23) played tennis several times and played frisbee on the beach. Mostly we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and then ate dinner out each night. McGuires is our ultimate favorite and we like Hogsbreath and the Back Porch too. We did a dolphin cruise which was fun and we did see many dolphins. We went to the IMAX theater to see the new James Bond movie and then back to RAVE to see Lincoln - which was fantastic - if you haven't seen it you need to. Of course we live in the Land of Lincoln - and work in Springfield Illinois so we are "steeped" in Lincoln. The highlight of the week was the Thanksgiving cruise on the Solaris in SanDestin. We "adopted" two families to have Thanksgiving dinner with - one from Minnesota and one from SanDestin! The evening was most enjoyable - the food was wonderful, the cruise was relaxing and the company was fun! The other major highlight was watching the dolphins from the balcony. They played right out in front of the condo between 8 am and 9 am. They seemed to be heading east in the morning. Your condo is beautiful and worked perfectly for us. The entire resort is the cleanest I have ever seen and is kept in ultimate condition. I usually won't get in public hot tubs but I had no qualms about getting in the 2 on the resort. The security system (the fobs, etc) is top notch. Truly we couldn't have been happier. I hope we can do it again sometime very soon.

  We had a wonderful time! We did have clouds and rain the first 3 days but after that the clouds cleared early afternoon most days and we were able to get out in the sun. We definitely took advantage of the Factory Outlet during those "icky" days. We had numerous friends staying in other units in Silver Beach which made the week even more enjoyable. All of the units were nice but we felt ours was the most tastefully decorated. Simple, clutter-free, and comfortable! We tried a few new (to us) restaurants but you just can't beat The Back Porch. It's close and has the best tuna dip, by far! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your unit and for working with us on the extra day! We may have to fight our friends next time to get your unit since they all seemed to prefer it over the ones they were staying in.

  We've been working to catch up on things since our wonderful visit to Destin. I must say this was one of the best vacations that my wife and I experienced. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The condominium was absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony was awesome! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We didn't see any Dolphins, but we did spot some Sea Turtles and Stingrays through the binoculars. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The beach was very clean and the cool white powdery sand felt excellent on our feet. We walked down the beach every night to get pictures of the sunsets. We didn't shop or venture out too much because we wanted to take full advantage of relaxing at the beach, the pool, and the balcony. The beach service was great and we sat in spots #2 or #3 the entire time we were there. We went parasailing and rented jet skis from Xtreme H20. It was our first experience parasailing and they did an outstanding job of making us feel comfortable and safe. We went up 800 ft. and the view was incredible. We saw a giant Manta Ray and several large Sea Turtles. Everything considered, we are both extremely pleased that we chose Destin as our vacation destination. We didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in the same beautiful and convienient condominium.

  I found the condo on VRBO and my husband and I went with his parents. The condo was great! The view was amazing! When we opened the front door to the condo upon our arrival, the first thing we could see was the ocean view right there and it was amazing! The weather was pretty good. We had a couple of days of rain, but it didn't really bother us. We honestly didn't too much, apart from laying by the pool or on the beach, or just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We did go down to the Destin Harbor, but did not get to see any fisherman bring in their catch. We did enjoy looking at all of the boats and seeing all of the stuff down there. We ate at a few different restaurants while we were there, but our favorites were Pompano Joe's and The Back Porch. The food and view at those restaurants were so good! Unfortunately, we didn't get to see many dolphins. We did see 1 when we were sitting on the beach. It swam up next to a kayak that was out in the water, not too far from the beach. I hope to be able to go to Destin again, even make it a yearly vacation spot, but if we do I will probably try parasailing and I would like to go on a Dolphin Cruise. This trip was mainly for relaxing after a rough year. We loved the condo! We loved the balcony and the way both rooms opened up to the balcony. I loved the walk-in showers! Overall, we loved it and will probably keep it in mind on our next visit to Destin. Thank you, Liddia

  We had a great time in Destin! Being there was 7 of us (all adults), we slept comfortably in your beautiful condo. None of us had ever been to Destin, but had heard a lot about it and had seen many of pictures. We can all say that pictures didn't do it justice, as it was more prestine in person. We spent the first night on your gorgeous balcony watching a storm come in from the west. it was absolutely fascinating watching the waters turn colors, sky turn dark, and lightening illuminate the sky! It was a perfect first evening, believe it or not. For the rest of our time, we parasailed, snorkeled, played putt putt, rode go carts, shopped, and spent plenty of time on the beach under the umbrella. We were able to cook plenty of meals at the condo thanks to you having all the necessities needed to prepare meals. I believe we only ate out once which was great for our pockets! We truly enjoyed playing games, taking pictures, talking, and eating on the balcony. Your condo was one of the best I saw in my search for the perfect place and it truly did not disappoint. We thank you so much for letting us rent it and we hope to one day return. We would love to make it a annual retreat if all permits. I enjoyed reading the guest books and about everyone's experiences. I made sure to sign as well. Once again, THANK YOU for an awesome time and for letting my family and I make wonderful memories in such a spectacular place!

  I have an unusual request. We stayed at your condo last August and had the greatest vacation ever. It was beautiful and everything we could ask for. My question is could you possibly tell me what brand name mattress was in the Master bedroom? I did not wake up a single morning with an ache or pain (which is very unusual). It was just the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I thought you might have a record of what was in there. Thanks again for your beautiful condo. Could not have asked for more.   We had the best time! The condo is absolutely beautiful and all the comforts of home! We dined at RuthsCris and took full advantage of the shopping at the outlet mall and Destin Commons! The weather was perfect and we got to see the biggest full moon of the year! Did not see any Dolphins or the blue angels but the stay was exactly what my friend and I needed. She lost her mother exactly one year ago and I look after my mother so we enjoyed some time to reflect and get away from the everyday hustle and bustle at home. I left a note in the book in the condo but would be happy to leave a review on the website! We would love to book your condo again! Several of my girlfriends from high school still get together for girl time and I can't think of a better way! I'm so glad I found your place! Best regards
