Condo was one of the best I saw in my search for the perfect place and it truly did not disappoint!

We had a great time in Destin! Being there was 7 of us (all adults), we slept comfortably in your beautiful condo. None of us had ever been to Destin, but had heard a lot about it and had seen many of pictures. We can all say that pictures didn't do it justice, as it was more prestine in person. We spent the first night on your gorgeous balcony watching a storm come in from the west. it was absolutely fascinating watching the waters turn colors, sky turn dark, and lightening illuminate the sky! It was a perfect first evening, believe it or not. For the rest of our time, we parasailed, snorkeled, played putt putt, rode go carts, shopped, and spent plenty of time on the beach under the umbrella. We were able to cook plenty of meals at the condo thanks to you having all the necessities needed to prepare meals. I believe we only ate out once which was great for our pockets! We truly enjoyed playing games, taking pictures, talking, and eating on the balcony. Your condo was one of the best I saw in my search for the perfect place and it truly did not disappoint. We thank you so much for letting us rent it and we hope to one day return. We would love to make it a annual retreat if all permits. I enjoyed reading the guest books and about everyone's experiences. I made sure to sign as well. Once again, THANK YOU for an awesome time and for letting my family and I make wonderful memories in such a spectacular place!

We had the best time! The condo is absolutely beautiful and all the comforts of home! We dined at RuthsCris and took full advantage of the shopping at the outlet mall and Destin Commons! The weather was perfect and we got to see the biggest full moon of the year! Did not see any Dolphins or the blue angels but the stay was exactly what my friend and I needed. She lost her mother exactly one year ago and I look after my mother so we enjoyed some time to reflect and get away from the everyday hustle and bustle at home. I left a note in the book in the condo but would be happy to leave a review on the website! We would love to book your condo again! Several of my girlfriends from high school still get together for girl time and I can't think of a better way! I'm so glad I found your place! Best regards

We were not disappointed with our first trip to Destin. Loved the condo, pool, and beach, but most of all loved getting away from the chaos of everyday life. This was one of our best and the most relaxing vacations, yet. We had several days of crystal clear warm weather to enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast. We made lots of new memories playing in the surf at sunset, looking for crabs and clams after dark, and goofing off in the pool. It was treat for all of us to see the dolphins in the gulf from our condo. Our favorite restaurant was Dewey Destin's. Loved the local flavor and decor. Our oldest daughter shouted with excitement that Harry T's had the best corn dogs in Florida. Due to our car breaking down on the way to the Blue Angels, we missed their performance. Bummer! We did, however, find quick affordable service at Rhode's Automotive. We ended up spending the day in Pensacola after renting a car. We had a great week. Do you have other properties? Looked like you had 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos advertised on the refrigerator magnet? If we do come back to the Destin area, we would look at Silver Beach Towers as a place to stay. But if your condo was full we would like to see if you had others. Forgot to mention the convenient, safe parking garage. We would gladly share our fun time to let others know. Thanks,

You did it again! You made it possible for us to stay at another beautiful condo in Florida. Pete and I wanted to say thank you very much. We had a wonderful time with his mom and dad who flew in from California to be with us. They loved the white silky sand and blue water! We look forward to another relaxing vacation next year!

I have an unusual request. We stayed at your condo last August and had the greatest vacation ever. It was beautiful and everything we could ask for. My question is could you possibly tell me what brand name mattress was in the Master bedroom? I did not wake up a single morning with an ache or pain (which is very unusual). It was just the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I thought you might have a record of what was in there. Thanks again for your beautiful condo. Could not have asked for more. We enjoyed our time at your condo. You’re right, the view is spectacular. Your unit is nicely appointed and very clean. The king in the master is quite comfortable. You’re A/C works great and it’s good thing since it was 97 degrees while we were there! We look forward to staying again soon.

The vacation was great, and the weather was the best. Of course, we hit an all time record of 115 in Arkansas while we were away! The water was the clearest that we had ever seen it -- almost as clear as Caribbean. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool, and the rest of the time eating out or hitting Twirl Yogurt Bar. Thanks for allowing the use of your condo -- everything was wonderful.

Your place is absolutely amazing! The weather started off not too good, but the rain never lasted long and we enjoyed every bit of our vacation. I ran into a family (aunts/cousins - all girls) in the lobby and they were asking where the managers office was because they were inquiring about renting units for their next vacation. Apparently they have been get ting together (family reunions) for a long time at the facility next door.. I guess it is getting pretty run down. . I told them how I found you and told them who to contact. I also told them that you had another unit to rent out as well. Your place - nothing to complain about - I told my husband this is where I want to retire. Never been to Destin before, but I know we will definitely be coming back - hopefully, in your unit! It was perfect! It happened to be just my husband and daughter with me - which was just fine with me. It was good having a litlte family time. Our favorite place to eat was The Donut Hole! We had to stop there before we left town - our favorite was the "White Angel". Messy, but so worth it! Thanks again Howard for everything! Like I said, this was our first time to schedule our vacation like this. I would definitely do it again!

The condo was great. We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers several times, but this was our first in your condo. It was very nice, and we really enjoyed being as high as we were in the building. We saw dolphins, manatees and a giant stingray. Very cool. The condo is great.

I cannot say enough about the condo. It was by far my family's most enjoyable vacation. The view was priceless and my wife and I enjoyed every minute we could out on the balcony. We have 2 sons age 8 and 3 so we did not eat out a lot but we did enjoy Jim N Nicks. We highly recommend their food - excellent bbq and very reasonibly priced. The convenience of the beach, pool, etc was amazing and we had fabulous weather all week. - the condo was so clean and perfect - even down to the dvd player/tv for my children. We hope to spend several vacations in the future at your condo and highly recommend it to all who ask!!! Thank you again for such an amazing condo!!

. My party included 4 grown men, all in their mid thirties, in town for a golf trip/getaway and we had plenty of room to sleep, move around, and enjoy the condo. The balcony is great with plenty of things to view, including of course the beach, the planes on approach into the airport, and the fishing boats trolling the beach. Again the unit was great.

The privacy/exclusivity of the beach (not too crowded at all) and close proximity to shopping and restaurants where a close second. You had everything our family needed to have a fabulous week! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The most important thing to me was the CLEANLINESS! Being a germophobe I despise staying at hotels, but felt right at home in the cleanliness of your condo! We hope to return next spring break...if not before then. We only had one rainy day and that was Wednesday (and the ride down, of course). The rest of the week was beautiful and so was the view! We enjoyed our stay everything was just fine! The mattress in the first master gave us an excellent nights sleep. We loved it! We ate at Marlins in SanDestin and also had Mellow Mushroom pizza, both were delish!!! We went to Another Broken Egg in SanDestin and also ate one breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The rest of the meals we made in the condo and had everything we needed. We had too many mostly cloudy days, but managed to get some sun on Thursday and Friday. The condo was wonderful. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view. It was just two of us, so the condo was more than spacious and more than met our expectations. This vacation was much more for relaxing than exploring, so we spent lots of time at the beach, walking and enjoying the sound of the waves. My husband is a bicycle rider so he explored the area and spent some time at the state park nearby. We enjoyed how quiet it was and at times, almost had the beach to ourselves. The restaurants were fairly busy, but we never had a wait no matter where or when we went. It was perfect for us. We ate at many great places, I think our favorite was Louisiana Lagniappe. We also had great experiences at The Back Porch (which was great walking distance), Dewey Destin Harborside, McGuire's (loved it!) and Pompano Joe's. There were so many great restaurants and so little time! We made several trips to Sexton's to load up on fresh shrimp, grouper and Royal Reds. We had a wonderful week and it's hard get back to reality and the long Wisconsin winter ahead. We'll keep you in mind for our next get away!

I really enjoyed the stay. Worked too much, the weather was beautiful, glad your place had a wonderful view, made me feel better about spending so much time indoors working. Ate at a few places, donut hole for breakfast, Ruths Chris one night for dinner, was not impressed (One in New Orleans is much better), Crab Trap one evening, good for all types of crab legs. We cooked at home one night, went to sextons for some seafood, had a big lobster sale, everything looks so fresh in there. Did the usual hang out at AJ's and walked around Emerald Grand. Not too many activities, I was trying to relax, I did snorkel outside the condo and played some paddleball on the beach. Everything was perfect at the condo. Overall, an excellent experience, hope you dont mind my honesty. Will definetely be in touch to stay there again. Courtney P.S.- Loved how there were plenty of towels in the condo!

The condo was perfect...the weather amazing b/c of that cold front that moved thru..water and beaches pristine. We got pizza and pasta from Merlins...great pizza!!! Had buckets of steamed seafood at Old Bay...another great choice...and Harbor Docks was also good. Since WDW was our next stopwe just hung at the beach and pool. As with most folks we come to Destin for the beauty. There was NOBODY there so we pretty much had the pools/water/beach to ourselves. The unit was perfect for us...we ate every lunch and breakfast on the balcony with the one exception being the day we had ice cream for lunch (yes, the kids loved it) at Shakes. Thank U for your responsiveness. Southern was good and we always seem to have good experiences with VRBO. But we always go with "hands on owners" such as u.- Best, A and C

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. We enjoyed it so much! It was beautiful! The weather was great, rained a couple of days but not enough to stop us from going to the beach. The condo was great, too! It looked just like the pictures on your website. My daughters especially liked having a bed to themselves. The master bed and bath was wonderful. So big and roomy. Wish I had the bathroom at my house! The view from the balcony was amazing! We ate breakfast and lunch there nearly every day. The breeze from the gulf was so nice, we stayed out on the balcony a lot after dark. We checked out the malls, did some shopping and saw a couple of movies. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, Hog's Breath Saloon, Fudpuckers, Mellow Mushroom, TGIFridays, and a couple of other places. Thanks again!

Well, I'm severely depressed having to be back at work after such a wonderful vacation. We only had one semi-bad weather day, which was Sunday, with the rest of the week sunny and perfect. We ate out every evening at some great restaurants including: The Back Porch, Crab Trap, Bonefish Grill, Harbordocks, and one of my favorites, McGuire's Pub. We spent one day in Panama City and took the kids to a Pirate boat called The Sea Dragon. We all really enjoyed that! They even pulled up a treasure chest from the bottom of the ocean that was filled with toys and candy for the kids. We enjoyed the new Harborwalk area and had drinks at Pat O'Brien's, watched the fireworks show Thursday night and checked out what the fishing boats brought in. All in all it was a great trip. Your condo was absolutely fabulous! The location and views were incredible. We all took full advantage of the balcony, having our breakfast and evening cocktails out there. We did see dolphins one morning, and a couple of stingrays! We kept the condo clean (since it was very clean when we arrived) and cleaned up before we checked out. The pool was also very nice and we spent quite a bit of time there as well. When are you planning your trip to Destin? We enjoyed seeing the photos of your family up in the condo. We had a great time in Destin. The weather was perfect and the view spectacluar. We met a wonderful family that was staying in one on the penthouses who had a daughter that was same age as ours. Well, I'm severely depressed having to be back at work after such a wonderful vacation. We only had one semi-bad weather day, which was Sunday, with the rest of the week sunny and perfect. We ate out every evening at some great restaurants including: The Back Porch, Crab Trap, Bonefish Grill, Harbordocks, and one of my favorites, McGuire's Pub. We spent one day in Panama City and took the kids to a Pirate boat called The Sea Dragon. We all really enjoyed that! They even pulled up a treasure chest from the bottom of the ocean that was filled with toys and candy for the kids. We enjoyed the new Harborwalk area and had drinks at Pat O'Brien's, watched the fireworks show Thursday night and checked out what the fishing boats brought in. All in all it was a great trip. Your condo was absolutely fabulous! The location and views were incredible. We all took full advantage of the balcony, having our breakfast and evening cocktails out there. We did see dolphins one morning, and a couple of stingrays! We kept the condo clean (since it was very clean when we arrived) and cleaned up before we checked out. The pool was also very nice and we spent quite a bit of time there as well. When are you planning your trip to Destin? We enjoyed seeing the photos of your family up in the condo. It was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved the beach, the condo, all of it! The weather was great, according to weather reports we were supposed to have rain, but it never rained! The average temp was 80 degrees, sunny to partly cloudy! We went to a new restaurant for ever meal, my favorite was The Donut Hole! They have fantastic desserts and the cinnamon raisin cranberry apple french toast is the best breakfast I have ever eaten! We also went on the Sea Blaster for a dolphin cruise, it was a blast and we saw a plethora of dolphins! We did some shopping, swimming, tanning, went to the Gulfarium, Fuddpuckers, The Crab Trap, The Crab Shack, Angler's, spent a day at The Track, riding go carts and playing games! You name it, we did it! The view was spectacular! We spotted dolphins in the morning outside the condo! Our wedding was beautiful, the sand, the weather, everything was perfect! We were married at The Sheraton and then honeymooned at the condo. Your condo is lovely, very spacious, especially for two guests. I love the master bathroom, the jacuzzi tub was amazing and very relaxing! The shower was great, we loved the bench in the shower! We rented movies a few nights and just enjoyed the condo because it simply felt like home. We put your Monopoly game to great use while doing our laundry! I have stayed at many condos on the beach and they typically look like a rental, a little run down and a lot of sand no matter how much you clean! Your condo was absolutely spotless and there was nothing not new about it! We will definitely be staying with you again! The patio was so relaxing, we ate breakfast there several morning, while listening to the waves and watching the kids on the beach. I loved the fact that the beach was never over crowded, same with the pool and hot tub area. The condo is close to everything, we walked to dinner a few nights! We also love that there are only 3 condos per floor, we never heard our neighbors, it was very peaceful! I am so glad we chose your condo, I could go on for days about how much we loved it! I wife and I wanted to go somewhere to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I saw this condo listed on VRBO and contacted the owner Howard Sloan. I must say that he was very easy to work with us and the condo was everything that he promised it would be. We have stayed in many condos over the years in Myrtle Beach and Panama City Beach but I wife and I agree that this one was by far the best. It was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Everything was top shelf. We fully in teed to stay in this one again.

May 2 - May 9, 2009 My wife and I were looking for a place (on short notice) to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I found this condo on VRBO and contacted Howard the owner. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I must say the condo was everything that he said it would be and more. Everything was top shelf and beautifully decorated. The condo was also very clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. We have stayed in condos in Myrtle Beach and Panama City Beach and this one was by far the best ever. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with this choice.

Our family had a fantastic time. When we first walked into the unit, I told my wife if this was my place I wouldn't rent it ... it was simply too nice. The views from the balcony were beautiful (better than the pictures on the site). We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the early morning activity along the beach. The security guards around the facility were very friendly and ensured the property maintained a family atmosphere. We would strongly recommend this property.

WE HAD AN AMAZING WEEK AT YOUR CONDO OVER SPRING BREAK! The Views were incredible saw many dolphin's each morning while sitting on the balcony. The furnishings are comfortable but elegant. We really felt at home and had plenty of room for our two families (12 in all). Great Bunk Room..my daughter Taylor did not want to leave! I would say this was be far the best condo we have rented in 14 years of visiting Destin! You can walk to everything! Howard, the owner is a great guy to work with! He runs a tight ship and delivers quality. We are already booking for next year as it is well worth the $$! Thank-you again for the memories at the beach!

Howard, Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. weather was great, a little windy. entertainment was the 4 kids...and the beach at night. i do not think we left the condo maybe 4 times. dinner, we liked harry t's...it was easy w/kids. and the food was good. loved the condo. loved the view. once we went down to lori's place on the 1st floor, we all decided that we missed the 15th floor view and the coziness of your place. we loved being so close to the pool/ocean on the 1st floor, but we all decided we preferred your condo. funny, i would have thought it was the other way around. thank you again for accomodating us, and also finding me another place to stay for 2 nights. we were glad that we ended up staying longer. we got home about 2 this morning, and it's cloudy and 35... ugh. My husband and I stayed in this condo for our Honeymoon this past September and it was wwonderful to say the least! The view from the balcony is beautiful, we had breakfast there every morning. We are definetly looking forward to staying here again. We were hoping to come for our anniversary but the date is already booked :-(. Great vacation!!!!

I stayed last Oct. and it was the most beautiful condo out of all my family and friends condos that they stayed in. I wouldn't want any other condo. You have great taste in decorating, I can say that.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Views were wonderful and the condo was very spacious. It was decorated nicely and actually resembled the online pictures. Great proximity to a lot of fun things to do and having a stoplight at the entrance saved us from a few accidents, I am sure! I would definately recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful condo! We had 2 families and the 4 bedrooms gave us so much room. All the conveniences of home, but sitting directly on the beach. Loved watching the dolphins from the balconey each morning. Another plus -- there were always plenty of chairs available at the beach and the pool any time of the day. Would highly recommend this condo and we look forward to visiting again next year.
