The house offers 3 bedrooms and a converted petite office area into 4th bedroom, loft and additional small attic loft, 2 separate large living rooms with vaulted ceilings, bar, 2 decks, 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry room and a large garage. We’re one of five homes on a ¾ mile long dead end street of which each home sits on between five and ten acres of property so you’ll have plenty of room to yourselves to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

This gorgeous Vermont home artfully combines the best of both worlds with half the house being the original classic country feel of Vermont luring you into relaxation with rustic hard wood floors, exposed beam ceilings and a wood burning stove; while the other half of the home is a brand new, recently finished, SOHO style contemporary addition including 20’x27’ living area with a combined game room, bar, 36 inch flat screen Sony Trinitron TV with 1000 watt wireless surround sound, large leather sectional and private jet tub in the upper bathroom. So whether you want to read and unwind in an antique rocking chair by the fire downstairs or sprawl out on the sectional and take in a movie upstairs, this house has it all!

Not to forget that you’ll be staying on a secluded 5 acre scenic mountain view property with all the bells and whistles, including cable T.V., DVD, Sony Play Station 2, wireless high speed internet, grill, bumper pool/card table, foosball table, dart board and large kitchen/dining room area with seating for 12 people.

To help wind down, you’ll have a brand new, 7 person Jacuzzi in a private and intimate outdoor location on the back deck with picturesque mountain views. The house is perfect for family reunions with plenty of room to spare.

Because we know the importance of a good night's sleep, we've invested in 15 brand new beds for the house this season consisting of 1 very high-end King, 8 full and 6 twin mattresses. Includes fresh linens and towels.

Bunk room- contains 3 bunks all with full lower beds and twin upper beds with attached full size bath and 2 large closets (max capacity 9 people)
White room- full size bed and 1 bunk with full size lower bed and twin upper bed (max capacity 5 people)
Red room- King size bed (max capacity 2 people) with attached but converted office area to private petite 4th bedroom with full size bed (max capacity 2 people).
Loft- trundle bed with 2 twins (max capacity 2 people).
Small attic loft- feeling adventurous- climb our secured ladder to a secret hideaway housing a small space with a full size bed (max capacity 2 people).
Additional beds- futon couch opens up to full size bed (max capacity 2 people)

  • The house is outstanding it is absolutely beautiful, the landscaping was extremely well maintained, cozy and modern at the same time. There is ample space for sleeping and for recreation or just hanging out. This is a private location with plenty of parking. The house is directly up the road from the state golf course where we had a golf outing I couldn't think of a better place for a large group. Vincent the owner was a pleasure to work with he was very professional. The facilities were wonderful, very close and easily accessible to the golf course as well as the mountain, and a great spot to relax and have a lot of fun for a few days. The house is in a excellent, private location just minutes from the mountain and various restaurants. The house was extremely clean & spacious with plenty of room to accommodate a large group of people. The amenities that came with the house were outstanding, such as a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a horse shoe pit and foosball table. That is to name a few things. There was more then enough room between all of the rooms and the two living rooms were outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking to accommodate a large group of people.

Hope to come back next year! -Overall the house was a fantastic venue for our ski retreat, but my favorite memories will undoubtedly come from the spacious hot tub situated on the back deck. -Thanks ever so much for the usage of your house. The facilities were wonderful, very close and easily accessible to the mountain, and a great spot to relax and have a lot of fun for a few days. A definite positive recommendation! -All around fantastic: good snow plowing of road, great entertainment, and warm. -Excellent, private location just minutes from the mountain. Very clean & spacious with nice rooms and fun & unique lofts/sleeping quarters, along with amenities such as patio hot tub, table hockey, and foosball table. Great experience, would definitely like to return! -The house was definitely perfect and really comfortable. Overall, had a great weekend!
