With nine miles of beautiful beaches and acres of pine forests, oak-palm hammocks and mangrove swamps, this barrier island park is a Gulf Coast paradise. Cayo Costa is accessible only by private boat or ferry.
Hundreds of thousands of tarpon migrate through the Charlotte Harbor area from mid-April to mid-July. These giant tarpon range from 80 - 200 pounds. On an average day during tarpon season in Boca Grande, you can expect to see thousands of tarpon.
Located at the northern tip of Pine Island, with a sweeping view of Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande Pass, Bokeelia is a gem of a spot, with one of the greatest fishing piers in the world.

We stayed for six weeks at this great condo and unfortunately had to leave earlier than expected for work purposes. The photos & description of the property were very accurate. The condo was extremely clean, well-maintained and had nice decorative Florida touches which gave a fun, homey feel. The condo property grounds were equally maintained; very peaceful, and pretty. Can't say enough about the owners, Ben & Lisa, who were friendly, attentive, and very responsive to our questions & needs. They really were a pleasure to work with from the initial inquiry, throughout our duration and tying up loose ends at the time of our departure! We've rented many turn-key homes and this Blue Crab Key condo is at the top of our list for many reasons. It's a great value, pleasant to live in, and the owners are just great. Highly recommended and we'll be back : )
