Beautiful New Lake Home located on one and a half acres in the Appalachian Foothills of Martin, Georgia. Built 2005. One and a half hours north of Atlanta, this area is perfect for people who want to get away from it all without being too far from it all!! Shopping, eating and entertainment are within a few miles! Toccoa is 11 miles to the west and Anderson South Carolina is 16 miles to the North where major shopping malls and restaurants are plentiful.

But the best part of this vacation spot is the beautiful Lake Hartwell. 1000 miles of coast line, marinas and waterfront restaurants are at your fingertips! Our home has a covered dock and can accommodate four boats! Wildlife such as wild turkey's and Deer can be seen playing on the property! It is truly breathtaking. Visit or call Rocky over at Rocky's Marine and he will fix you up with Pontoon boats, jets ski's or fishin boats to fit your budget!

Take a trip up the Tugaloo river where you can turn off the motor and jump in the clean water of the mountains!   • Transaction went very smoothly. This home is very accomodating and is beautiful! We had no problem with 6 people and the kids didn't want to leave! The Tugaloo river is simply breathtaking from shore to shore! We spent all day out there! I will be booking again this year.
