one bedroom, one bath apartment, fully furnished and housekeeping equipped. Available December 17th. Three month minimum preferred. Central a/c, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, cookware and dishes, etc.
Queen size bed with nice linens and updated tile bath. Private parking and washer/dryer. The rental includes satellite TV (with HBO) and wireless internet access.
More complete pictures can be provided through my website if interested. This is in a small 4 unit building at 1535 SW 2nd Ave. which is off Brickell Ave. and Broadway. This is an ideal location for those wishing to pursue business activities. Walk one to two blocks to great restaurants in Mary Brickell Village and shopping on Brickell Ave. Supermarket and drugstore are less than one block away. Airport is 15 minutes and $30 by cab (or $3. by bus). A few blocks walk will take you to Biscayne Bay and a lovely area for strolling where you can see the cruise ships of the Port of Miami and yachts cruising by. It's a great area for jogging and biking and there are some gyms that have short term memberships.
Two blocks from Brickell Metro Rail Station means a car is not absolutely necessary although Miami is best enjoyed with wheels. The closest beach is Key Biscayne Island, a five minute drive while South Beach is 15-20 minutes for lots of great nightlife, strolling, and, of course, beaches and the ocean.
Please note that I usually can't book more than a few months in advance because I don't know when vacancies will occur. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a 3 month minimum preferred at $1300 per month for one bedroom. I AM FULL UNTIL December 17th, 2009.
