The Heceta Beach House has three bedrooms and one bath. Relax in front of the fireplace in the cozy living room or enjoy the ocean view from the privacy of two large picture windows. There is parking for two vehicles or a truck and trailer.
The Heceta Beach House is just a short drive to the Historic Old Town Florence gift shops, wine bar, coffee bistros, and fabulous seafood restaurants. Explore some of the best fishing lakes, sand dunes, and state parks that the Oregon has to offer.
Pets are allowed - Prices are as follows: 1-4 Nights $15/Night, 4-7 Nights $60 Flat Fee, 1 week up to a month $60 Flat Fee, 1 Month or over $100 Flat fee

Prime Season Includes Thanksgiving/Christmas Apr – Oct $165/night $990/week
Off Season Nov – Mar $110/night $660/week (minimum 2 nights)
Must be 25 Years to Rent. $60 Cleaning Fee; $250 Refundable Security Deposit.
A Valid Credit Card for Security Purposes Will Be Required with Final Payment.
A 50% Deposit is Due Within 10 Days of Booking, Must Be Check, Cash or MO. Final
Payment is Due 4 Wks Prior to Arrival. Cancellations within 30-15 days of arrival
will be refunded if home is re-rented! Cancellations within 2 wks no refunds!
$50 cancellation fee applies!! A 3% Fee is Added If Paying By Credit Card
