Watch Dolphins from the Lanai overlooking San Carlos Bay. Wake up to the sounds of the Surf. Watch the never ending Boating and Spectacular Sunsets in the evenings. Go for a stroll on the Private Beach right at the foot of the condominium tower.

Our water front condo is a 2 bedroom unit with Panoramic view of San Carlos Bay. We have recently remodeled our unit. We have a New Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite counter tops. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. The Master Bedroom as direct access to the Lanai with Great Bay Views.The Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. We have washer/dryer in the unit. Our condo building is directly on a Private Beach.

Sanibel Harbour South Tower Condominium is located at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa. A Four Star Resort located on the Inter Coastal Waterway. The resort has 6 Pools, Tennis courts, a Fishing pier, Boating trips, boat and kayak rentals, as well as a newly renovated 40,000 square foot full Spa and Health club. The Sanibel Resort has 3 Restaurants,2 pool bars and a Sports bar and Restaurant. The resort offers a luxurious Dinner Cruise on the 100-foot luxury Yacht, the Sanibel Harbour Princess.

Recent upgrades include a 36 inch, Digital, LCD HDTV in the living room and High Speed Internet with Computer desk. The Lanai and living Room has all new furniture. We now have a on site Rental Management Company. Resort Harbour Properties is in the office on the ground level.

For the Fisherman, there is a Bate Shop at the entrance to the Resort. The Fishing is excellent at the the private Fishing pier and there is NO state fishing license required.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 10/28/2008 When I arrived at the Sanibel Harbour Resort condo, I was “beary” impressed with my new home for the next couple of nights. The unit was even more spacious than I imagined. The floor plan was very inviting and the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors featured a beautiful view of the bay. The overall cleanliness and the comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home. Bear in mind, I had gotten up to catch an early morning flight and after a long day of air travel, it was nice to arrive at such a welcoming home.

The first thing I did was take a nice nap in my very soft king bed. The owners thought of every detail, including the heavy curtains on bedroom windows. Every bear needs her beauty rest!

Afterwards, I relaxed on the comfy couches where I kicked back and put my paws up while watching a show on the flat screen TV. After a quick run to the grocery store (just a ½ mile away), I enjoyed a meal on the sunny, screened-in balcony which offered fabulous views.

Once I had recovered from my travels, I was able to take advantage of the complex’s many amenities: 6 pools, tennis courts, and a newly renovated health club (I have to keep my bearish figure!). You can even arrange boating trips or kayak rentals, so there’s no shortage of entertainment. Even if you’re traveling for business, the condo features a computer desk where you can plug into a high speed Internet connection.

Whether you’re traveling for pleasure or business, you simply can’t deny the comfort and convenience of this Sanibel Harbour Resort condo.

  • What a wonderful place, and condo, to visit! We stayed in this wonderful unit the last week of January, 2009. It was our first trip to Sanibel Island, and our first time staying in a VRBO unit. It won't be our last. The condo unit itself: Just wonderful in every way imaginable. Clean, spacious (1,400 sf), with everything you could want for a home away from home for a week. Very nice new couches and HDTV. Comfortable beds, two large bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The lanai takes the unit over the top, a large screened in porch with two sets of tables and chairs facing the ocean to watch the boats and wildlife stream past. We watched the Dolphins 3 different mornings and one evening, they were so close we thought they might beach themselves on a sand bar while they were chasing the fish. It made for an enjoyable place to do a couple of hours of work each day...just grab the portable CD player on site and something to sip on while returning that days calls and emails. And their condo manager, Naomi, was wonderful for arranging contacts for everything we needed while we were down there and coming up with some super restaurant and activity ideas...concierge service without the cost or fuss! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and the layout would be great for a family as well as just a couple! The Resort itself: absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful restaurants---everything from the high-end steak joint down to the anything-but-typical sportsbar with great lower-cost options. The spa is wonderful (some literature they have posted had the spa resort rated in the top 10 by Conde Nast Traveler), multiple pools (we took in the action at the resort pool with the outdoor bar & grill and we also loved the more quiet private pool that only owners and their unit guests were allowed to use), white sand beaches on site, and active piers with great fishing and yacht/large boat activity. And their shuttle service over to Sanibel's hot spots was a nice little perk. Sanibel-Captiva Island itself: For never having been there, we loved this place. A perfect combination of laid back activities/options for lazy days (the best sea shells we've ever seen, walking the beaches and seeing the multi-million dollar homes, the nature preserve driving tour, world-class fishing from the piers, etc.) and activities for those that need a little more action (kyacking through the refuge, biking the island, parasailing, sport fishing, etc.). Wonderful restaurants and shops (we really liked The Island Cow for breakfast and Dolce Vita for dinner...several others were great as well). In general, it was just a very happy and friendly place. We highly recommend this condo and Sanibel as a destination for your next trip. Next time we will bring the kids, the condo is set-up perfectly for a family. The Netz's Minneapolis, MN
