Watch the never ending boating and spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Go for a stroll on the private beach just 50 feet from the condominium tower. Sanibel Harbour South Tower Condominium is located at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa. A Four Star Resort located on the Intracoastal Waterway. The resort has six pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, boating trips, boat and kayak rentals, as well as a newly renovated 40,000 square foot full spa and health club. The resort has three restaurants, pool bars and a sports bar and restaurant. The resort offers a luxurious dinner cruise on the 100-foot luxury yacht, the Sanibel Harbour Princess. Our condo is a large, newly renovated two bedroom, two full bath condo. It located on the magnificent San Carlos Bay, at the mouth of the Intracoastal Waterway. The condo has a great view from the 5th floor of the South Tower Condo building and is directly on a private beach. Recent upgrades include a 36 inch, digital, LCD HDTV in the living room and High Speed Internet with computer desk. The lanai has all new patio furniture. We now have on site rental management. The Resort Harbour Properties is in the office on the ground level.
