Opened in 2002, Island Royale located on West Beach in Gulf Shores features beautiful décor and many upgraded amenities. An oversized private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, TV/VCR, and private bathroom. Like to sleep late? Black out drapes over sliding glass doors onto the balcony will make it easy or keep the drapes open and wake up to see the surf without getting up from bed. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, large dresser, TV/VCR, and private bathroom.
In the living room there is access to the balcony, large 35 inch TV/DVD/VCR and Stereo and a queen-size sleeper sofa and lounge chair. The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all upgraded appliances - side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, and is well stocked with everything you need. There is a large pantry and plenty of cabinets too! The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron. We have given every consideration in providing you with everything you will need while staying in our unit.
The Gulf-Front balcony is large and includes a table seating six people and two lounge chairs. From here you cannot only watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, but at the end of the day enjoy glorious sunsets - it is the best dining in town - the view is spectacular.
Just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters, Island Royale also offers inside/outside beachside pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and exercise room overlooking the beach. Great restaurants and shopping, fishing, golf courses, and entertainment for all ages - all of this close by.
If you love island living you will love your stay at this condominium - it has it all!
