  The majority of the reviews talk about this condo being a wonderful family place. This condo is also a wonderful snowbird home, too. We love Gulf Shores and are comfortable in this condo. It has everything we need for our extended stay. It doesn’t get any better than to begin your day on the large balcony watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, waiting for the dolphins to pass by. The location is perfect and is only exceeded by the exceptional owners, Jason and Sonya, who continue to make our annual stay comfortable.

  We had a wonderful stay at Island Royale in Gulf Shores a couple of weeks ago. The condo was roomy, clean & comfy! I think the 5th floor is just perfect - not too high up, but a beautiful view of the beach! It was only a few steps from the condo to the elevator and then our car. That was very helpful to me, as I have M.S., and I was in the middle of a relapse while we were there. Even just a few steps can make a big difference when you're suffering from fatigue. But this was a great place and the proximity to the elevator and car made things so much easier! I would definitely stay here if we get a chance to come down again, which I hope we do...soon! Still plenty of shopping and good eating to do!

  This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and my two young boys first time to the beach. It was everything and more than what we had hoped for! The condo was so nice, clean, and perfectly located on the beach. We felt so at home there. It had everything we could have needed, down to the flashlights to go crab hunting at night with our boys! :) Jason couldn't have been any kinder on the phone booking this and gave us lots of great tips of sights to see and where to eat while there. Our boys (7 & 3 yrs old) LOVED Lulu's and the Hangout. My husband and I also loved DeSoto's. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean, or taking an early morning walk on the beach. It was just beautiful! A wonderful family place that we cannot wait to come back to! I would highly recommend this condo to friends (and already have)! We definitely plan to come back soon!!!

  This was our third time to stay in this condo in the past year. We love everything about it. The beach isn't crowded and it's perfect for families with young kids. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and more. The view from the balcony is spectacular. I love drinking my coffee out there as I watch the sunrise. The keyless entry is so handy. The owners are so nice and we love renting from a fellow Arkansan.

  Enjoyed a week here, condo is nice. Balcony and view is the best. This condo is close to everything, restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. Bahama Bobs is just a short walk down the beach. Beach in front of condo wasn't as crowded as everywhere else, and the owner is really nice and helpful. Would stay here again. :)

  Words can't describe what a wonderful get away we experienced. The condo was clean and comfortable but our favorite thing was the balcony. Wow!! What a beautiful view and plenty of room. It is just right to lay back, feel the breeze and drink a delicious cup of coffee. The condo is conveniently located to several eating establishments and shops. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with making our plans.

  My family and I just returned from vacation and I had to send a review of this unit! It was WONDERFUL! The condo was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and comfortable! The view was breath-taking and location was excellent! For people traveling with children the location on the fifth floor is great! I was nervous about noise as I usually stay a little higher, but loved this because I could clearly see my children (ages 13 & 10) on the beach and could communicate with them easily from the balcony, yet the noise wasn't bothersome at all. I found that I enjoyed the freedom of being able to watch them while making lunch and not disturbing them was great! The balcony was my favorite part of this unit! It was large enough to accomdate the entire family for meals, yet incredibly private. The curved angle of the balcony really expands the space and allows for better views as well! We enjoyed the location and found that we walked to most places like the Hangout, souvenier shops and the Oyster House. Jason was great about calling with tips to avoid the Spring Break traffic and points of interest. The grocery right across the street was so convenient that the car only moved twice the entire week! They have everything you need already available in the condo and the property is well-maintained! We will definitely be renting this unit again very soon!

  We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was so beautiful and clean. The view from the deck was breath taking. We had all the aminities you would ever need and that made our visit even better. Our plans for our next trip to Gulf Shores will include staying at this condo. The owner was great to work with and made setting up our stay very easy. I would recomend this condo to all my friends and family. We loved it.

  We had a wonderful time there and we really appreciate the owners for being so helpful and kind. We have been to the Gulf for many years with our children. They are grown now so we took our oldest grandchild and saw everything again from a child's view. It was such a treat for us all! The condo is decorated beautifully and so comfortable and clean. The balcony is wonderful---most of our mornings and late evenings spent there relaxing when we weren't at the great pool or on the beach or out to eat with our grandchild. We were pretty busy but the great part was being able to come back to relax at such a wonderful place! Thanks so much to Jason, Sonya & family!! It was great! Your Arkansas Friends...Go Hogs! Razorbacks!!! THANKS AGAIN SO VERY MUCH!!! We would recommend your condo to anyone!
