Words can't describe what a wonderful get away we experienced. The condo was clean and comfortable but our favorite thing was the balcony. Wow!! What a beautiful view and plenty of room. It is just right to lay back, feel the breeze and drink a delicious cup of coffee. The condo is conveniently located to several eating establishments and shops. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with making our plans.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family and I just returned from vacation and I had to send a review of this unit! It was WONDERFUL! The condo was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and comfortable! The view was breath-taking and location was excellent! For people traveling with children the location on the fifth floor is great! I was nervous about noise as I usually stay a little higher, but loved this because I could clearly see my children (ages 13 & 10) on the beach and could communicate with them easily from the balcony, yet the noise wasn't bothersome at all. I found that I enjoyed the freedom of being able to watch them while making lunch and not disturbing them was great! The balcony was my favorite part of this unit! It was large enough to accomdate the entire family for meals, yet incredibly private. The curved angle of the balcony really expands the space and allows for better views as well! We enjoyed the location and found that we walked to most places like the Hangout, souvenier shops and the Oyster House. Jason was great about calling with tips to avoid the Spring Break traffic and points of interest. The grocery right across the street was so convenient that the car only moved twice the entire week! They have everything you need already available in the condo and the property is well-maintained! We will definitely be renting this unit again very soon!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was so beautiful and clean. The view from the deck was breath taking. We had all the aminities you would ever need and that made our visit even better. Our plans for our next trip to Gulf Shores will include staying at this condo. The owner was great to work with and made setting up our stay very easy. I would recomend this condo to all my friends and family. We loved it.

We had a wonderful time there and we really appreciate the owners for being so helpful and kind. We have been to the Gulf for many years with our children. They are grown now so we took our oldest grandchild and saw everything again from a child's view. It was such a treat for us all! The condo is decorated beautifully and so comfortable and clean. The balcony is wonderful---most of our mornings and late evenings spent there relaxing when we weren't at the great pool or on the beach or out to eat with our grandchild. We were pretty busy but the great part was being able to come back to relax at such a wonderful place! Thanks so much to Jason, Sonya & family!! It was great! Your Arkansas Friends...Go Hogs! Razorbacks!!! THANKS AGAIN SO VERY MUCH!!! We would recommend your condo to anyone!

Our stay at Island Royale was perfect! Our condo was beautifully decorated and provided all the accommodations we needed for my husband and three teenage girls! The ocean view was beautiful to wake up to each morning. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable.

This property delivered exactly what it promised. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, contained all the needed amenities and had a great location--only a few minutes drive to find good dining, shopping and other desired locations. We especially liked the keyless entry which allowed all four of us to come and go without having to trade off a key. Our teenagers thought the place was heaven! The owner was nice to work with and made some great suggestions for places to dine which was a great help because we were unfamiliar with the area. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with great beaches and family-friendly, this is the place. If you're looking for somewhere with lots of sites to see and activities other than water sports, this is not your place.

Gulf Shores Beach Vacation

Our vacation was really enjoyable!!! The condo was very clean and well-maintained. It overlooked the ocean, so we enjoyed sitting on our private balcony. The condo was very close to many nice restaurants (we recommend The Oyster House, LuLu's, and Tacky Jack's). The owner was very hospitable and prompt with answering questions and concerns. We would highly recommend renting this condo; we look forward to returning to Gulf Shores on our next family vacation!

We had a fantastic time!!! The condo was gorgeous and well-kept. The pictures don't do in justice as it was a lot larger than what it appeared. Jason was very accommodating and quickly answered any questions that we had via email. Such a great guy!! We definitely plan to go back. :)

We had a great time spending Easter in Gulf Shores! The condo was great and so convenient to the corner market where we could just run across the street for whatever we needed. The beach was never crowded and the building was quiet with lots of families..no crazy Spring Breakers. It would have been nice if more paper products like toilet paper, trash bags, etc. had been provided as well as a few cleaning supplies like glass cleaner. We wanted to be sure to keep the condo tidy since we've got two small kids. They absolutely loved the pool and swam every day after playing on the beach. The condo owner was very easy to work with, extremely responsive to my inquiries and we'd love to stay here again.

We loved this condo! Easy access to the beach and gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It was worth the 1350 mile drive to get there! We love the Gulf Shores area and look forward to our trip there every spring. We would definitely consider renting this condo again - it was beautifully decorated, easy access to elevators, parking, beach, etc. Unit was meticulous - it was just as beautiful as the photos indicated. Owner was just super - and easy to reach and wonderful to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We totally relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather and all of the local seafood restaurants and shopping! Great vacation!

Island Royale Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at your beachfront Island Royale Condo. It is located near all of the popular hangouts. The condo is also very nicely decorated. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, and is supplied with everything you need to make yourself at home. The balcony is large and comfortable. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there, listening to the ocean and people watching. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the luxurious 500 thread count sheets and additional down comforter. We also enjoyed the selection of games and paperbacks supplied at the condo. We took out the old Monopoly board game and had hours of fun on one of our rainy days! I was surprised at how much fun my kids had playing this game, as they usually play only electronic games! Lastly, the owner of the condo was very helpful in suggesting some great places to frequent during our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely like to stay here again next time we head down to Gulf Shores!

We had a fabulous time!! The condo was all we were hoping for and more. We especially loved the balcony -- spent lots of time out there playing games and just relaxing. Thanks for the list of restaurants. We went to several and enjoyed them all. We would definitely like to rent the unit again next year.

We were down to visit some friends in Mobile and wanted to stay at the beach in Gulf Shores. Emailed several and found this condo to have the best rate and best owner to deal with( very accommodating). The condo was in a great location and was decorated very nicely. Had all the cooking gadgets you would need. It's the little things that matter...there were plenty of paper products to more than get you by for a few nights(no half roll left in bathrooms!)and you didn't have to clean the place before we left...that's what you pay a cleaning fee for. Most condo rentals say strip beds, put a load of towels in washer and dryer, load dishwasher, take out trash,not this one...by the way we did all of those things, but we didn't have to! The couple recommended 5 great seafood restaurants. Thanks for a great few days at the beach.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

This was a wonderful vacation experience. The owner was exceptional to work with and made our trip even easier. Every question was answered promptly and he was very kind and always accessable. The condo was clean and cheerful and perfectly located. It was so nice to just be a step from the ocean and from the elevators. Parking was never a problem which contributed to a completely stress free vacation stay. The condo was even better than described and truly was home away from home for a week.
