We just finished the new front deck! - Bend, OR Home Rental Welcome to Bend’s fabulous west side! Cumberland House is just two blocks from Galveston Street's local cafes & restaurants. Walk a mile along the river and through Drake Park to downtown. Grab an inner tube and cool off with a 20-minute float down the river - just a few blocks away! This is the only vacation rental we own, so it gets all our creative energy. Cumberland House is a completely renovated 1920's home. Enjoy unique furnishings and a comfortable, luxurious feel. The dining room, living room and kitchen are open - nice for socializing. The family room has two couches, a flat-screen TV with Xbox and a gas fireplace. There is a large back deck with a private, 6-person hot tub. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, work desk and closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. Our third bedroom has a twin bed and a high-quality, twin sofa-bed. It is a great room for children, with toys galore! We have a high chair, booster seat, and portable crib. The front deck is an inviting spot to watch birds with your morning coffee - our feeders are full! Local newspaper delivered daily. The back yard is fully fenced for your children and dogs.
