  My husband and I would highly recommend this condo. It is ocean front, has everything you need for a beach, kitchen is well equipped and there is a high speed internet (netflix was working very good). There is just a few steps to the beach. It was very convenient for us and our 16 months daughter. Best grocery store on the island is Jerry's Foods, good family restaurant is The Island Cow, Lazy Flamingo, best breakfast in Lighthouse Cafe. Thank you, Pat and Mike

  Anyone wanting THE BEST in a vacation, this Island, Condo, Atmosphere is IT!! Condo was perfect for my wife and I. Couldn't ask for more. Oceanfront, pool, accomodating people, restaurants, shopping, beach, water, bike trails. My full recommendation for the complete getaway. Thank you McClellans for providing us with a glimpse of heaven. We will return!!

  I can not express how perfect this condo is! It is super clean and has great beach access! It is close to everything and has everything you could need for your stay! There are no steps if you need easy access! Our weather was fantastic and since it was off season it was very quiet! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

  My husband and I love this condo!! We have stayed here many times and have absolutely no complaints. The condo is always clean, and the owners and property managers are always helpful. We would not stay anywhere else on the island. We really enjoy eating at The Lazy Flamingo, Doc Ford's, George and Wendy's, and the Jacaranda. This condo is right on the beach and has everything you need to go to the beach, cook, or just sit inside. The owners continue to update the condo to make it even better!! Thank you, Pat and Mike!!

  Pat and Mike, we extend our sincerest appreciation to you for sharing your beautiful, beachfront condo with us. We loved your condo, especially the cleanliness, the pleasant decor, how very convenient it was to prepare meals in your wonderful kitchen and the inspiring environment of looking out the window or step out the door to the beach. By luck, we arrived to the most beautiful sight of the perigee moon rising across the water. Was one of the largest full moons in the last 20 years. Location permitted us to not miss one daily sunrise walk. We obtained plenty of exercise doing the "Sanibel Stoop" Shelling was excellent at low tide with a rewarding discovery of a 5 and a half inch True tulip shell. We enjoyed visits to the National Wildlife Refuge, outstanding fishing occured off the Lighthouse Pier, experienced seeing manatees up close on Captiva Island and took a thrill of a lifetime cruise with a huge pod of dolphins jumping the waves behind the boat. Thank you, thank you, the comfort of your wonderful condo really contributed to the enjoyment of our week on Sanibel Island. It took us about ten trips over the years to Sanibel Island to discover your gem of a place!

  Pat & Mike.... Thank you for a Wonderful stay in your condo. I have been coming to Sanibel for my summer "Sanity-Reclamation-Trip" for about 12 years now. I have stayed in numerous places on the island, always looking for that "Perfect" place for me & my family to unwind, relax, enjoy the beach, and spend some quality time together......NEWS FLASH: My search is over, I have finally found the place I've been looking for. The View was GREAT, the Condo was GREAT, the Location was GREAT.... Again, I thank you so much for making your Condo available to us during our time off.   Pat and Mike, your beautiful beachfront condo has become our favorite vacation spot. We're already looking forward to our fourth visit next year. Over the last twelve years we've stayed in several places on the island, but your condo is our favorite. We love the luxury plus convenience. The kids can't get enough of the beach and excellent pool. The view is idyllic and the beach always beckons for walks.

  Pat, Thanks for working with us for a last minute scheduling in September, including the late check-in the first night. Your front row unit was terrific - attractively appointed, comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. Wonderful view of the ocean through the front picture windown that Jeanette and I could see not only from the living and dining area, but all the way from the king bed while sitting up reading! We enjoyed the clubhouse too with internet access and books and magazines, convenient W/D units, the courteous staff, and the crystal clear pool and clean rest rooms and shower there. The dock was another nicety for some evening fishing and would be a good launch spot for my kayak in the future. Has been difficult each day since returning home to not want to walk right on out the boardwalk and onto the beach... but, we brought back some shells to remind us of the beachfront stay! And have recommended to several friends...

  Another great stay! we're hooked- for sure! The first week was great with just the kids and my mom. We had a lovely time shelling and walking the beach. The location was perfect for her- NO STAIRS:) She loved the fans by the pool and the clubhouse too. The second week was great as well and i have to admit that i could have stayed a 3rd:) You always think of everything- games, movies, books, chairs, dishes, etc It is truly home away from home!
