Our spaciously designed, light-filled, one-bedroom condominium was completely renovated December 2005, with luxury and comfort in mind. A romantic and charming hide-away, Casita Encantada, is furnished and decorated in upscale Mexican colonial-style with tasteful tropical accents. The custom-designed furnishings and details have been skillfully hand-crafted by local craftsmen and artisans, lending the unit a unique, authentic Mexican character.

The fully-equipped, modern kitchen and bath feature locally produced, hand-painted tiles, an eat-up counter and spacious, open shower. Our private ocean-view terrace is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bedroom, featuring a queen-sized wrought iron canopy bed with pillow-top mattress and lightweight down comforter, opens to the terrace and view. Large wood and glass terrace doors from the bedroom provide for a truly indoor/outdoor living experience.   • Nice condo, great location, walking distance to everything in the old town. A couple wonderful coffee and juice bars very close distance from condo as well as the best chocolate banana stand :) We enjoyed ourselves during the low season (we stayed mid june) and lucked out with weather! I look forward to returning to PVR when it is high tourist season as well. I would bet that both seasons are wonderful times to go, and we really enjoyed puerto vallarta!

  • Scott and Caroline, We just returned from Puerto Vallarta and staying at your beautiful condo which we enjoyed very much! Your condo was very clean, well kept and quiet. It was within a few blocks of Old Town Vallarta where we like to find a beer and bite to eat. The complex was convenient and had good prices for refreshments and breakfast. The manager at Las Brisas Del Mar, Mark, was very helpful at check-in along with the rest of the staff for local information. The restraurant and bar personnel were wonderful! Thank you to Miguel, Xavier and Carlos. It was always nice to sit and chat with the three of them. The other people staying at the complex were also friendly and we enjoyed chatting with many of them. Beautiful weather and a beautiful condo to stay at. The sunets were amazing to watch from the rooftop pool area or a walk a block to the beach. It was perfect for us! Thank you, Scott and Caroline! Lisa and Jim Evans
