This luxurious lakeview home is located just one block from the northeast shore of Lake Almanor in the Hamilton Branch. The 2800 square foot home features Mountain Lodge architecture with lake views from most rooms. The large living room features a vaulted open-beam ceiling with a 20 foot tall wall of windows to access the panoramic lake and mountain views. A french door accesses the expansive deck. The new gourmet kitchen features professional quality stainless appliances throughout and a french door to access the deck.
The Master bedroom has a California King bed, TV, full bath with shower and large "soaking" tub, and a french door to access the deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed. The large downstairs bedroom features a Queen convertible sofa and twin bunkbeds, full bath with shower, walk-in closet, and TV with DVD player making it an ideal location for four kids or two adults. Our Homeowner's Association offers free use of beach and the nearby boat ramp. If you are looking for a fly-in destination, Rogers Field is only ten miles away with rental cars available.
