This immaculate villa is located within one mile to a beach access to the sunny Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. Another beach access, at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, is also within a mile away. A parking pass to Florida state parks is provided. This means miles of white beaches are within minutes from the property. This beach has been voted among top ten in the country, so relax, watch the wildlife, get engaged in water sports activities, or watch sunset in the evening.

Inside you will find all amenities necessary to make your vacation a memorable and a relaxing one. A fully-equipped kitchen divides the open floor space into the dining area and the family/living room. A 12-foot sliding glass door opens to a spacious lanai that is facing a private, heated pool and spa surrounded by a tropical garden and a privacy fence.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features its own sliding door to the lanai. The master bathroom is huge, with a soaking tub, two washing sinks, and a separate toilet and shower room. The other two bedrooms, one having a queen-size bed, another having two twin beds, are connected with a hallway to a shared bathroom. The hallway separates the bedrooms from common areas and provides access to a fully-equipped laundry room, with iron and ironing board provided.
