Creekside at West Vail is a beautiful, four-bedroom, three-level condominium that sits just feet away from Gore Creek. Creekside is cozy, warm, and a wonderful vacation getaway for your family and friends.

The main level features fully-appointed kitchen with Dansk stoneware, Chantal cookware, all appliances, utensils, and condiments. Eat-in kitchen area. Living area has a comfortable L-shaped leather couch with three footrests, big TV with surround sound, stereo, DVD, and VCR. The pellet stove that heats two-thirds of the unit is located here. The Whitfield pellet stove heats 2400 square feet and features glass inserts for a cozy look and feel.

Lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with in floor radiant heat renovated in spring '07, and a laundry room. All bedrooms are fully furnished and have new linens and duvets on the beds. Fluffy towels and plenty of hot water with amazing pressure greet you after a day on the slopes or rafting.

Top level offers the master bedroom with private door to the bathroom. Newly remodeled bathroom with radiant in-floor heating. Private sink in Master. King-sized bed, television, and stereo included. Upper level also has children's bedroom with tri-level bunk bed (regular bunk beds with third trundle). The second full bathroom is also located here.

Owner installed wainscoting and beautiful pine beams to accentuate the look and feel of a mountain home. Weber gas grill and new hot tub installed in Feb. '07 are located on the deck on the main level. Freshly painted in '07.

Creekside is a small, seven-unit building in the quiet residential area of Intermountain. Because we have full-time neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet after 11:00 PM.

Vacation rental amenities include hot tub, gas grill, fully-appointed kitchen, and pellet stove.

Five-minute walk to all main bus lines. Seven-minute drive to world-class skiing. Located in Intermountain - as far west as you can go in Vail. Situated next to the bike path that connects Vail to US 24 and Eagle-Vail.

Beautiful trout and the glorious waters of Gore Creek. Breathtaking hiking trails that offer unlimited views of the Gore Range. Horseback riding, snowmobile outings, and so many other activities. Adventure Ridge for family fun including laser tag, terrific tubing hill, and midnight moonlight snowmobile tours. Five-star dining ranging from Beano's Cabin at Beaver Creek to casual food at Los Amigos in Vail.

Rental Rates: Rates vary according to season and length of stay: Four night minimum is required. Rentals of more than five days will be offered a discount. Holiday rates and seasonal rates apply. $99 is the beginning rate. Deposit: Half of rental amount will be due to hold time slot. Deposits and final payments are accepted cashier's check and are non-refundable. Credit card number is required for damage deposit. Additional $150 cleaning fee for all stays.

  • We are a family of 8 and the regular X-mas renters. I absolutely adore this place! The beds are super comfy;the pellet stove is amazing;the kitchen has everything you need for gourmet meals; and the view from the hot tub is "to die for." Wish this was my home! Don't hesitate to call us.

  • We had a wonderful stay at this property during September 2006. The owners were cheerful and helpful all the way through the process, including sending us a last-minute email to tell us to bring mittens and boots because unexpected early snow was on the way for the day we were arriving. The photos don't do justice to the charm and coziness of this home. The quiet location, creek view, and nearby hiking path all made the location ideal for our fall visit. Inside, the kitchen was well-equipped for home cooking, the bedding was excellent, and everything was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.
