We travel to Kiawah for our annual golf trip (5 people), and have stayed at this home for the past 5 years. We could not ask for better accommodations. The home’s cleanliness and décor are second to none. A wide open layout makes for a perfect group atmosphere. Being located on a golf course (3rd Green at Osprey Point) offers great views. Bike paths, beaches, and golf access are mere stones throw away. The owners are extremely responsive, and it is evident that they take great pride in making their guests’ stay a memorable one. We could not ask for a better place to stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We highly recommend this property! The house is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and perfectly laid out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the linens were high quality and there were plenty of towels. We had three families, so we especially appreciated the 3 master bedrooms with their own bathroom. We will definitely rent this property again. This was the second Thanksgiving vacation we spent at the home, and we were just so happy to be able to come back. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee each morning on the porch, watching the golfers approach the green. The 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids) fit perfectly here, and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom is a life saver! We rode bikes daily, hung out on the beach, played a lot of cards in the living room, watched a lot of football both upstairs and downstairs, and made a grand Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings. The kitchen is more than well equipped. We also enjoyed dinner at Chez Fish just off of Kiawah and at Rosebank Farms on Seabrook Island. What a wonderful visit, and we hope to make a visit to your house a yearly event. We rented this beautiful home for two weeks during the PGA Championship at Kiawah. The house was set up great for 3 couples. Plenty of room. The location worked well for us as we rode our bikes to the course and also to the beach, which was quite easy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the 3rd green at Osprey, just beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. It was so relaxing! The owner was very helpful providing us information on bikes, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to come to Kiawah!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our vacation week was fantastic for all of us! From Grandparents, Parents, and Children, everyone of us had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for us and the kitchen was a big hit among the "chefs" in our family. The beach provided us with the opportunity to have many exciting adventures. We loved watching fireworks from the beach, riding bikes to get there, building sand castles, boogie boarding, sunning, and much more. In addition, the house and its location provided us with beautiful, luscious scenery and lots of space in and out for kids to play. The nearby village was also a hit with the grocery store, ice cream shop, toy store, and several excellent restaurants. We loved this vacation and highly recommend it to others. We hope to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We visited Kiawah with three families in our group, on the island for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 294 Marsh Cove Road. This home is special, the nicest of the many we have visited in Kiawah over the last 3 years, with several trips per year. We had the distinct feeling that the owners really care for their property, and hope their guests enjoy their home as if we were members of the family. This is very different from other rentals. First class in every respect. Very clean. Very well cared for and maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was my first time to Kiawah, as well as all of the other house mates. We were there for a wedding over the weekend and we're pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house. The owners take exceptional care of the property and the furniture inside of the house. The bedrooms are vary spacious and each has their own bathroom, which is key for multiple couples. Upstairs where the two other large rooms are, there is a shared loft space with couches and a TV and great deck...great for catching some rays and watching the golfers. The kitchen is large and there is a grill for cooking out. We didn't take advantage of the screened in porch, but there wasn't enough time to utilize every part of the house! The best part about this is renting bikes and going everywhere: to the beach, to the marsh to check out BUBBA ( infamous gator) and riding to other houses if you have friends staying there, like we did. Excellent place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We feel so lucky to have found your house Joan! Having just finished our third winter getaway (of 6 weeks there), we are always surprised and delighted with the little improvements you manage to make to your house from year to year. The house was perfect our first visit 3 years ago but it is lovely to see how well you maintain it and add little touches from new granite countertops to extra porch chairs. We have rented homes at Kiawah for the past 12 years and this one gets our highest rating for how beautiful it is and how well equipped, from a fully stocked kitchen to WIFI. And our return visits are a testament to how much we enjoy this lovely home! And any guests we have over, either from out of town or locals are always equally impressed. Beautiful property with great location on 3rd hole of Osprey. Layout of the house made it perfect for 3 families and kids. I would definitely stay at this property again!Recommended for: Families with young children

Our family has rented this home many times. It is the perfect home for our children and two young grandchildren at our favorite vacation spot. The home is good size, well appointed and in an excellent location and has provided us many enjoyable times.Recommended for: Families with young children

Gorgeous home in a lovely setting, <10 minute bike to the beach and easy drive to grocery/shops. All is meticulously maintained and could have housed a much larger family than our group of three, (although we threw a couple of dinner parties, which was no problem at all in the fully-equipped kitchen.) Can't wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a glorious time in the sun and surf here on Kiawah! This is our first time here and we'll be back for sure. We took lots of bike rides and the coolest thing is we could ride on the beach! The kids were exhausted every night - so were the adults. The mend golfed and had great weather for it. We aren't looking forward to leaving tomorrow. My sister saw a cougar.....Cool wildlife on the island, lots of beautiful birds. We watched the bluebirds making a nest right outside the back deck.
