  This house is, to us, what's special about Rockport and why we spend part of our winters there. From such neat owners, who are so cooperative and reponsive if there's ever a problem, to the location, which is right on a bay, quiet, convenient in terms of access to town, fitness center and restaurants. The house has two decks - the upper one we've used as our coffee deck in the mornings and the lower one that sits over the water and offers good fishing plus a wonderful place to watch sunsets. One of us is a birdwatcher and the other a fisherman so the house gives us the best of our two worlds plus makes a great place to have company. We watched as Casa de Pesca was remodeled as a house for the owner's and their children, not just as a source of rental income and that's still the feel of the property - plus, everything in the house works and that's always a big, big consideration when renting.

  Very secluded and quiet cul de sac location. Clean with all the amenities. Perfect for a big group.

  This was a perfect place for our family getaway. The pictures were a perfect reflection of the house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean with all the amenities needed. The downstairs rooms were perfect for our kids to relax in. The outside bar was nice for outside dinners. I look forward to our next stay here. We went here strictly for the escape, but found nice restaurants, stores, and quick trips to the grocery store. Not only would I recommend the house to friends, I already have.

  Very comfortable place on Little Bay. Two great decks to hang out on and enjoy the sunsets. The underwater fishing light added an extra bonus of entertainment.

  Very comfortable place with two decks to hang out on watching the sunset. The fishing light underwater added a nice form of entertainment while enjoying the gentle gulf breeze in the evening.

  I take my sales team fishing in Rockport every year and this house is the only place we will stay. Its the perfect set up for a great Rockport vacation. The living room upstairs has plenty of room to relax and the kitchen and eating area is great for hosting a large family or group. The house is very clean and has plenty of beds. We really enjoy the deck and outdoor bar area. This is where we spend most of our time unless we are out fishing. The view of Little Bay is great and you can fish right from the dock. If you dock your boat at the house you are minutes from Aransas Bay and if you dont have a boat there is a rental place right across Little Bay. The house is located in the heart of Rockport if you want to visit any of the local attractions or restaurants. The owner of the house is great to work with as well so if you are looking for the Perfect Setup for a family vacation in Rockport look no further!
