Completely remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house in Marathon - the middle of the Florida Keys, on Mile Marker 51, only one hour to KEY WEST. Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Direct access to the ocean, with 37 feet of dockage. House set up for fishing and relaxing. We have a fish cleaning station with full electric and plumbing, a freezer is provided for your bait as well as an industrial ice maker at your disposal. Just minutes to the reef and off-shore fishing. You can catch yellowtails, snappers, grouper, sailfish, dolphin (mahi-mahi), wahoo, tuna , king mackerel and others. Beautiful snorkeling and SCUBA diving. Minutes to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Close to the seven mile bridge for access to the Gulf side, and back-country fishing.
You'll enjoy our colorful house, with our beautiful heated pool with a huge 7 ft JACUZZI for your relaxation and comfort and our nice TIKI HUT with a picnic table and its own TV. The house has all new furniture, central A/C, towels, linens, and even papertowel, detergent and dish soap upon your arrival. We have a stainless steel BBQ, twin burners fryer for outdoor cooking. Our home has Premium cable TV Service, DVD's, Play Station, High speed WIFI Wireless Internet, a 54" Flat Screen HDTV in the living room, plus each bedroom has it own TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. We have a full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, plates, pots, pans, toaster, coffemaker, blender and utensils for your convinience.
There is parking in front of the house for 5-6 cars and a boat trailer. The boat ramp for launching your boat is on the bay side on 33rd street, the boat ride to the house is 10-15 minutes.
Our address is 1016 w 75th st ocean, Marathon FL 33050. We have been renting the house for 3 years, all our customers are very happy, we have a lot of repeat families that are coming back every year. You will be very happy with our house. Book your vacation early this year.

  • We stayed May 29th through June 6th 2009. The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for all of us and the pool and hot tub were great. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. It is a short boat ride to Vaca Cut for bait and gas and there are lots of diving sites close by. We caught lots of fish and ate fresh fish every day. The kids enjoyed catching pin fish and Snapper off of the bulk head at the house. We liked it so much we have already reserved the house again for 2010. Thanks Manny!

  • This is our second year staying at this beautiful, relaxing home. We had everything we needed and more! The backyard arrangement is a great setup, so much so that you really don't even need to leave it to experience a great Florida vacation. Great ocean access and Manny's fishing advice was very helpful. Grocery stores are convenient to get to. The house and Manny are very welcoming and we would not stay anywhere else when visiting the Keys. See you next year if not sooner!

  • My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week's vacation at this house and can't say enough good things about it. Everything was well-appointed and comfortable. Outside was like a mini resort with its hot tub, pool and deck on the canal. And the inside offered a comfortable place to put up your feet and relax. Manny was very responsive and great to deal with. We'll definitely be back!

Very comfortable and relaxing -great access to the ocean and nice boat ride to Bahia Honda Key State Park! Loved the pool and jacuzzi, along with all the movies available in the house. We would defintely come back to stay! Thanks Manny! (Wish we could have caught some fish you have displayed!)
