Superbly situated on a tranquil and panoramic Chianti hills setting, in the middle of the most famous Tuscan triangle, Florence, Arezzo and Siena, this beautiful and impressive Villa is surrounded by a large property of olive groves trees and vineyards. Dating back to the 19th century, it has just been restored and turned into a charming country villa full of atmosphere and history with views of the surrounding hills punctuating the spaces.
It belonged to A famous florentine family and the historical reminds are evident in the neoclassical building style. Inside The restoration has kept the original Tuscan countryside architectural details: authentic period furniture fit the spaces. Every room recalls the past with great care of details yet is made comfortable by modern conveniences. Guests will feel very much at home here.The feeling is of a charming and cosy rural atmosphere. The panoramic pool, surrounded by olives, is about 150 mt from the Villa.

GREEN apartment two to three: large living with kitchenette and sofa bed for one people ( passage room); double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. The Villa is exquisitely furnished with period furniture. There are two sitting rooms and a dining room with settees and comfortable armchairs on ground-floor. On second floor all suite have living and there is a panoramic terrace. All the lovely bedrooms have modern bathrooms. There is a large fully equipped kitchen There is an incredible amount of space in this property, there are large corridors, landings, halls, all spread out over three floors, connected with a modern elevator. On special request: The villa can be rented with ground-floor and first floor with a reduction of 20% - In this case other guests can rent the second floor and share the pool. This property is situated in the middle of its own private estate. Closest village is about one km away but a secondary path of 600 mt takes to the village. The house is surrounded by magnificent olives trees and vineyards. Cavriglia has shops, and other basic facilities. Montevarchi, with supermarkets, numerous restaurants and above all important historical and cultural attractions are 7 Km from the villa
