Nestled in a box canyon surrounded by the 14,000 foot plus peaks of the Majestic San Juan Mountains of Colorado. This historical, victorian town of Telluride is rich in history of the gold rush days, and still evokes the feel of the wild west. This incredible place is heaven for the outdoor enthusiast with its world class skiing and snowboarding during the winter and its vast selection of outdoor challenges such as hiking, horseback riding, fly fishing, and kayaking during the summer months.
If these sports do not excite you than perhaps the boutique shopping, gourmet restaurants, and the foray of festivals (on most weekends during the warmer months) might entice you to this most enchanting place. The more popular festivals that Telluride is most known for are The Telluride Film, The Blue Grass and The Blues and Brews Festivals.
Telluride is a walking friendly town and everything is only a few minutes away, or you can catch the free "Galloping Goose" shuttle that stops right across the street from the condo. There is also the free gondola that connects the historic Telluride with the upscale, European-style Mountain Village. This fabulous place will enchant you with its beauty, culture and its diversity.

THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL RENTAL PROPERTY. TELLURIDE LODGE #521 has been set up as a luxury accommodation with its own private Property Manager and Maid service. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo has been completely remodeled right down to the studs in Spring of 2005 and offers all the finest finishes and features.
The property is spacious with high ceilings and over 1500 square feet of living area. In-floor radiant Heat, distressed hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a luxurious steam shower, are just a few of the fine features Telluride # 521 has to offer.
The three separate entrances gives you the impression that you are in a home rather than a condo. The main entrance is thru a heated hallway. The other two entrances give you quick access to THE SLOPES/OUTDOOR BBQ via the large outside deck or the mud room which has a KEYLESS ENTRY. You can also enjoy a slopeside, mountain view from the comfort of your down filled leather sofa and chairs.
Telluride Lodge #521 offers you the feel of being in your own private home in the mountains yet having the convenience and access to many ammenites. Lift 7 is 150 paces outside your door, along with ski/equipment rentals right next to the lift. Clark's Grocery is approx. 100 ft away. A Free Shuttle " Galloping Goose" stops right across the street.
It is in the most prime, central location in the town of Telluride and also one of the most luxurious and spacious townhomes in Telluride. We know you will enjoy this comfortable home so much that you will want to return again and again.
LIVING ROOM:
This room has floor-to-ceiling windows giving you unbelievable views of the mountains and slopes from the kitchen and living area. The furnishings and art have been all hand picked and collected from various artisans and craftsmen from around the country and lend a western, rustic feel. The over-sized down filled leather sofa and chair will offer you a cozy place to snuggle up to the fire and rest after a fun day in the mountains.
GOURMET KITCHEN:
More majestic views out the kitchen windows that keep this large kitchen brightly lit during the sunny hours of the day. For the Chef that likes to cook with only the best we have taken care to carefully select only the finest culinary tools. The kitchen is open to the Living Room and has all NEW upscale MODERN appliances such as a GAS VIKING STOVE/OVEN and REFRIGERATOR,
BOSCH Dishwasher and GRANITE countertops. There are two large stools that offer seating at the center island along with a large table that can easily seat six to eight people for dinner.
BEDROOMS and BATHS:
Sleeping SEVEN people comfortably. All the beds are Sealy Posturpedic PILLOW-TOP Mattresses and dressed in only the finest linens and Goose Down Comforters to ensure a cozy and restful sleep each night of your stay.
BEDROOM #1. The MASTER Bedroom is on its own level and is furnished with a Leather Headboard, Distressed Honey Pine dresser and night stands, and a big comfy CAL-KING Pillow Top Mattress. It also has its own private Bathroom done in Travetine Marble and a luxurious Steam Shower.

David and Terri Cordell first visited Telluride on their honeymoon in 1995. We loved it so much we would come back every winter until in 2005 bought our dream home. We reside in Kailua, Hawaii but come to Telluride at least 4 times a year. We have come to really love the summers also. We hope you enjoy our home in the mountains as much as our family does.

Stayed here for 5 days in January with my three adult sons. Terri & Dave's property was perfect, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, indoor-outdoor hot tubs,and a short walk to Lift 7. 4 Moms spent a week in this nicely appointed condo. The appliances were all top of the line, the decor was lovely, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view were amazing! The short walk across the street to the lifts was a treat, as well as the easy access to town and the gondola. Everything was within walking distance, but also easily accessible via the free town shuttle. We look forward to coming back to this condo with our families. We had the best time during Imogene weekend, beautiful condo!! Perfect location, short walk along the river trail to the gondola. Great deck with stairs right out to the front, where there is lot's of room to run, and BBQ. Beautifully furnished, clean, and awesome kitchen! We have stayed in a lot of places in Telluride, and this is a new favorite. Clean outside jacuzzi was awesome after the race:) And it's a bonus to be able to pull right up to the front of the unit to unload. Teri was great to deal with, plan on staying here again! Thanks!!

I had a group of 6 guys stay for a long weekend ski vacation at Telluride. Dave and Terri's place worked out great for us. Probably the best location we could have hoped for. Because we wanted to be close to the ski lift (to avoid driving) and close to town for restaurants and bars (to avoid driving), this place was the perfect location. Mountain Village would have been way too much of a hassle. We were even able to ski in the morning, come to the condo for lunch, hit the hot tub, and get back to skiing all afternoon with no problems. There is a grocery store just around the corner for easy replenishing of supplies and all the restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance (under 15 minute walk). Lift 7 (Coonskin) is across the street and very close, easily walkable with ski boots. It was a bit tight for 6 guys because some had to share beds but for the price, you can't beat it. The place is well maintained and has a high quality kitchen. Ipod docking stations in each room. The steam shower was a nice touch. Heated floors in the lower level keeps the place warm. Two hot tubs (one indoor/one outdoor) within 50 yds. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Telluride either with the guys or with my family. We rented this unit last minute after seeing it on line and then speaking with the owners. It sounded perfect for our needs and it was. I liked that it reminded me of how our second home is....thoughtfully appointed with consideration for quality items and cleanness. From what I could tell it seems to be the nicest condo in the complex. It's a nice walk into town, a little further out from where we usually stay, but I spent less money! Telluride is where my kids want to be- true Telluride wannabes from Chicago! As long as I find nice condos like this one, I'll be along! Thank you David and Terri! Enjoyed our stay at this lovely well maintatained condo. Excellant location near lift 7. Close to grocery and Telluride ski shop. New hot tub a few steps away, Only problem was a sewage backup which occured on Christmas day but was resolved after two calls to maintenence who responded quickly. We are family with two adult children and condo was roomy, updated, quite comfortable and well furnished. Would definetely stay there again.

We absolutely love this condo!!! So much so we return year after year. The beds are very comfortable, the art is wonderful and we especially love the kitchen! One of the best features is the location--a short walk to lift 7, a short walk to town and next to a shuttle stop. We love Telluride and love this condo!

This place is amazing. Remodel is luxurious. Stayed with 4 children and my wife in this impeccable deluxe 3 bedroom condo. Fantastic for summer and perfect access for lift 7 come ski season and we will use it again. Love the deck and ease of access from the south side of Telluride Lodge. New community hot tub not yet finished but it will be great addition and so close.

This is by far the nicest condo in this area of Telluride - I visited a few other condos in the vicinity of Lift 7 and none even held a candle to this one! Comfortable beds, with flat screens in every room and the kitchen appliances were top notch! Great for cooking in......nice view off the deck for dining outside. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Telluride!

We just stayed a week at Lodge 521 and had an amazing ski vacation. The condo is so clean and well kept. The location is perfect as lift 7 is a very short walk and the hot tubs are right across the way. Overall the value and service provided was benchmark !!!
