Sycamore Place is located on Sycamore Point, a private paved drive, directly off the main county road. 100 ft. of sandy lake frontage provides great swimming, sun bathing, fishing and water sports. Dock space is provided for all your 'toys'. Two marina's are available on the lake. Pine Lake is a chain of 4 lakes that covers 660 acres connected by channels.
The home was built in 1937 and has been fully remodeled with all the modern necessities without compromising the "original" cottage. Two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, the other with a set of bunks and a single bed. The living room and porch have couches for added sleeping. The cottage has a full basement for any additional storage. The lot is large, plenty of parking, fire pit provided and a paddle boat. Email us for a brochure with pictures of all the rooms.
Within minutes there are all the necessary shopping areas, specialty antique shops in Plainwell, coffee shops and golf courses. This is a smoke free/pet free cottage.

50% deposit due at time of reservation, balance due two weeks prior to arrival.

High school and college students must be accompanied by adults.
