Location: Sunapee, Lake Sunapee, Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, USA (2 hours from Boston, 1hr 15min from Manchester, NH airport,)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Charming 3 bedroom (plus fourth bedroom/Den with double futon), 1.5 bath Cape nestled on one acre of secluded New Hampshire forest. Located one mile from downtown scenic New London, with quaint shops & restaurants, summer theatre, and small college atmosphere of Colby-Sawyer College. Home is 1.5 miles from the north end of Lake Sunapee, less than ten miles drive to Mount Sunapee State Park with summer hiking, boating, fishing and swimming on spectacular, crystal clear, Lake Sunapee. Also close to Pleasant Lake, Otter Pond, Little Sunapee, Kezar Lake.

New London is located in the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region, and is an all season resort area with lots available to do. This area is two hours north of Boston, 5.5 hours from New York City and 45 minutes southeast of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Bedding for eight is provided along with spacious dining and living rooms.

How to reserve:
We require a 50% deposit when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. The balance must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we send directions and notify the property manager of your arrival.

Cancellation:
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, we issue a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, the refund is based on our ability to fill your reserved dates. We will refund you as many of your reserved dates as we are able to fill. Your payment of a deposit is explicit acceptance of this policy.

  • We stayed for over a week in late October, 2007. The house was perfect for us... we did lots of short day trips all over NH and Vermont, and always got back to the house for dinner and breakfast.

  • We rented this lovely New Hampshire property for seven comfortable and peaceful weeks during the winter. Everything was freshly painted and attractively decorated. The house is on a quiet road, convenient to town, and it backs up to some lovely woods. All the appliances are new, the linens are of good quality, and the tv gets plenty of channels!

    Just started using the Guest book. We have had several guests that gave us great feedback. We just completed several upgrades to the place, including: electric range / stove, upgraded the kitchen and bathroom electrical services, painting etc. We know you'll love this place! You have got to see it!
