"ASDIP- Another Sunny Day in Paradise is a delightful, two-story, Gulf-view cottage which sits on a select cul-de-sac at the San Juan Beach Access in Seagrove Beach, JUST 50 YARDS FROM THE BEACH boardwalk. It provides three bedrooms (all KING SIZE BEDS) and three bathrooms with the Large Master Bedroom located on the second floor with an awesome GULF VIEW and a private covered deck.
This property is tucked away on the SOUTH SIDE of Hwy. 30A (no roads to cross to reach the beach) on a secluded street of a small neighborhood which provides a great location. You can easily bike or walk to Seaside as well as many shops, restaurants and attractions.
There is a 42 inch LCD, flat panel TV, DVD, Radio, and VCR player in the den as well as a family dining table suited for 6-8 people. Close to the medley of restaurants and shops scattered throughout Seagrove and a short-distance from Seaside, this beach house is the perfect get-away for families and friends (sleeps up to ten).
You will love the convenience of the kitchen and den areas being located on the first floor with no steps to climb. All bedrooms provide a King-size bed, and the Master bedroom closet is large enough to also have a twin bed for those little ones who might want to sleep close by. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the first floor den area.
Enjoy the Gulf-views from the spacious balconies and unwind in the PRIVATE HOT TUB, complete with views of the sun setting over the Gulf! Parking limited to two cars. Saturday arrivals and departures during peak season. Pets smoking and Renters under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by an adult) not allowed.

Great location , nice house , Could use some more bath towels , but washer and dryer came in handy . We had a great time at this beach house . Good beach area , as it was not to crowded .

We had a fantastic visit and loved ASDIP. The house is great for a vacation with friends and family. The location is perfect - seconds from the beach and a walkable distance to Seaside (which has plenty of fantastic shops and restaurants).

The ASDIP Beach House is an incredible place to stay. It is very well maintained and has anything and everything you would have at your own home except you can see the ocean!! SOOOOO close to the beach,you can pop back to the house to freshen your drink if you want. The master bedroom has an awesome view and the deck is a great place to have your morning coffee. I can think of no negatives about staying here. Many upgrades and the house seems almost brand new...consider yourself blessed if you get to spend time here. Carol and Don Taylor Knoxville, Tennessee

ASDIP was THE perfect place for our first family beach trip. We had 4 grandchildren and our son, his wife and our other son and his fiance. So, we had plenty of room for everyone in the house. We also didn't have to walk far to the beach access, it was just OUT the BACK door!! Yay!! We would love to return each year and hopefully plan to do that in 2011!! Thank you for making this possible for us!!
