It provides three bedrooms and three bathrooms with the Large Master Bedroom located on the second floor with an awesome GULF VIEW and a private covered deck.
This property is tucked away on the SOUTH SIDE of Hwy. 30A (no roads to cross to reach the beach) on a secluded street of a small neighborhood which provides a great location. You can easily bike or walk to Seaside as well as many shops, restaurants and attractions.
There is a 42 inch LCD, flat panel TV, DVD, Radio, and VCR player in the den as well as a family dining table suited for 6-8 people. Close to the medley of restaurants and shops scattered throughout Seagrove and a short-distance from Seaside, this beach house is the perfect get-away for families and friends (sleeps up to ten).
You will love the convenience of the kitchen and den areas being located on the first floor with no steps to climb. The Master bedroom, as well as the first floor bedroom, provide a King-size bed, and the other bedroom provides a Queen-size bed for relaxing. The Master bedroom closet is large enough to also have a twin bed for those little ones who might want to sleep close by. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the first floor den area.
Enjoy the Gulf-views from the spacious balconies and unwind in the HOT TUB, complete with views of the sun setting over the Gulf! Parking limited to two cars.
