Lovely, new, four bedroom, two bathroom, vacation home with private heated pool and spa. All new furniture. Located only four-miles from Disney just off of US 192 very near to US 4. House is located in the beautiful Rolling Hills Estates perfect for your family vacation. Conveniently located to all other attractions and major highways.

This spacious, four-bedroom home offers master bedroom with private bath and King-size bed. Second bedroom has full-size bed. There are two other bedrooms with two twin beds in each. One of the twin rooms has cable TV on Disney TV/DVD. Living room includes cable TV, DVD player, and PlayStation II... so bring your games and movies.

Kitchen is fully-equipped for your convenience. House also has laundry room and two-car garage. Highchair is available. Private pool\spa area can be heated at additional charge. Gas barbecue grill also provided. NEW wireless internet connection. Free local and long distance calling.

Deposits: At booking, a non-refundable 'booking deposit' of one nights stay is required along with a security deposit of $250. The 'booking deposit' is non-refundable if canceled 30-days or less prior to arrival date. The security deposit is fully refundable if (1) you do not use the property or (2) if there is no damage left after your stay. Security deposit will be refunded approximately 30-days after your stay, upon inspection of the home.

Balance is due prior to arrival date (usually one-two months before arrival), unless otherwise agreed. Booking deposit will be deducted from total cost of rental upon final payment.

An additional charge of $25/night for pool/spa heat can be added at your request.

We work together with a management agency to ensure timely service. Directions will be e-mailed prior to arrival. There is a lockbox with a key outside the villa for your convenience.

It was very clean & comfortable and close to everything we needed; i.e., theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. The private pool was wonderful for the kids. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient and easy, and the owner was easy to deal with and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.

  • We stayed the week of June 18, 2007. What a wonderful home. Close enough to all the major attractions, yet far enough away you feel like you're escaping from tourist city. Home very spacious, clean and well maintained. Having our own pool to come back to and not having to share with hundres of other guests was well worth it! Price can't be beat. Count us in as return guests!!!

This home is VERY close to the parks and it is great to get away from the noise and action in the evenings! Cudos to the owner for great communication and a great value!

  • The home was closer to World Drive than I even imagined. You can get from the driveway to the park entrances in less than 10 minutes. There is a Winn Dixie World Market very close and several restaurants. The kids loved the pool. Staying here proved to be an extremely good value. I will never stay in a hotel again...

  • What a wonderful vacation home! We had a great time. The mickey mouse room was very cool for the kids. The pool was clean and well maintained. The location was great...only a few minutes from the Disney parks and lots of shopping very close. We will never stay in a hotel in Orlando again, and will very likely stay in this home on our next trip. Thanks again for a great deal.
