Concierge services are available: gourmet or local chef, massage and spa services, typical Chilean BBQ, wine tastings and tours to world famous wineries, shopping trips to local markets, excursions to Valpariso, Zapallar, Vina del Mar, airport pickup, restaurant reservations, and tips about local events.
The King Bedded Master Suite in a private wing of the house with adjoining bathroom with jacuzzi for two, double stone shower, sauna and its own stone walled veranda with outdoor hot tub. All, overlooking the sea with dramatic view and lush landscaping.
The two guest suites (one queen, one twin bedded) each with full bath and private deck overlooking beautiful infinity swimming pool, gardens and the Pacific Ocean.
The sleek, professional, skylited kitchen with double refrigerators, professional stove, dishwasher, microwave and preparation island, next to the curved dining room with its own outdoor breakfast deck with breathtaking views.
Our two story, Meditation Tower is an incredible oasis. For those who want to write or work, the first floor has a dramatic office and half bath. Upstairs, you can relax, do yoga, have a massage in round meditation room with two ultra comfy reclining chairs with 360 degree views of sea, sand, sunsets and mountains.

Phenomenal house! We are blown away. My wife and I marvel at the architecture, design that is as aesthetic as it is functional, the breathtaking views and the art that furnishes the home. Ivan is a sweet guy and he showed us pictures of his brand new baby. We are heading to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar today, but I must admit that all 3 generations (my parents are here along with my 2 sons) feel a strong pull to come back quickly and enjoy the house.
What an amazing home you have! Although it stretched our budget to the limit it was worth every penny and more! I don't think I have ever stayed in such a beautiful house! From the architecture to the gardens to the furnishings and the location to Ivan's personal service every aspect of the house is absolutely top notch. Every where you look in the house there are wonderful design or decoration touches. We almost didn't want to go exploring because the house was so wonderful!
