This is an open air villa in the heart of the Caribbean. The Palmilla House is minutes from Magens Bay and overlooks the uninhabited island of Hans Lollick. It also has views of Jost Van Dyke and the BVI in the distance. The Palmilla House offers seclusion, relaxation, and a style all its own.
You can escape from everywhere at this house. From the back deck that basks in the sun, to the lower front deck that is shaded by a unique and magnificent tree, you can always find a place to yourself. You can relax in the outdoor shower and then climb to the top level crows nest to dry off in the warm Caribbean wind.
This house also offers a great location in Estate Peterborg. You can get a world famous milkshake at the Udder Delight Dairy and enjoy the whole thing at Magens Bay, all in under 10 minutes. You are 20 minutes from the docks at Red Hook, and 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte Amalie.

Main house is open-air (screens only). Creepy crawleys are not out of the
question. Air conditioning is in 3 bedrooms only. Shutters must be manually
closed for A/C to work properly. Cottage has windows and is more
like a stateside house.
