From the balcony a breathtaking view at sunset...a slice of paradise!
Location: Manzanillo, Colima, Mexican Riviera, Mexico (30 minutes from the Airport, at Santiago village)

Our very comfortable and spacious condominium is on the second floor of a ten-story building, comprising 18 apartments, known as Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls). Address: Avenida Olas Altas, No. 15. Apartment 2-B. Manzanillo, Mexico.
Our three bedrooms have king-size beds; two can be converted to twins, if desired. Living room, dining room, kitchen.
Take your breakfast on the unit's private balcony in full view of the beautiful Santiago Bay, the fishermen, pelicans and other water birds, cruise ships in the distance, perhaps whales and dolphins, or horses and bareback riders running on the beach!
Fix your lunch, and even dinner, in the kitchen. Modern grocery markets are nearby.
Spend days on the outside deck adjacent to the beach. Read under the "palapa" (thatched cover) or sunbathe on a chaise. Or walk on the soft beach sand, lounge under a beach umbrella, or boogie-board in the ocean waves. (The beach is called "Olas Altas" meaning "high waves.") The ocean is the best anywhere, warm and gentle and yet perfect for boogie-board surfing and having fun in the water. The swimming pool is in the Condo building's private garden.
The sunsets are incredibly beautiful from our private balcony, the perfect place for a cocktail before dinner.
Plan to eat dinner out. The food is good and reasonable. Styles include French, Spanish, Tex-Mex, Caribbean, cowboy steaks, wonderful fresh seafood, all available and very close. Many restaurants have live music and a dance floor.
The condo staff of Manager, Maintenance man, Gardener, and the Maids are all kind, helpful, and industrious -- typical of the Mexican people -- and all eager to be of assistance to you.
