Adagio sits on 11 acres on Scenic Highway 30-A in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach on the highest bluff on the Gulf of Mexico. Located between Sandestin and Destin to the west and Seaside, WaterColor, and Rosemary Beach to the east, there are 130 luxury condominiums on site in a private, gated, beachfront community. There are two infinity-edge pools totaling more than 9500 square feet, a large whirlpool, and an amenity center housing a private fitness room and conference room. Construction was complete fall 2005. Our unit is a pool unit on the top floor with approximately 1792 square feet of space heated and cooled and 2100 square feet of total space including the balcony. The unit has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and laundry room. The unit features ten-foot ceilings with crown molding, beautiful travertine marble floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with ice machine, custom cherry cabinets (kitchen and baths), dual vanity countertops in master bath, oversized whirlpool tubs, double-heated glass showers with built-in seating. High-speed wireless internet connections are available surrounding the pool. The unit is professionally decorated with upscale West Indies styling including natural fabrics and colors as well as soft beach colors. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the master, a queen-size and twin beds in the other two bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room providing sleeping for eight. Tasteful original artwork and accessories are also featured. All linens, kitchen equipment, and tableware are provided. Enjoy the luxury of plush mattresses and high threadcount linens. We will also provide you with a list of favorite restaurants, shops, antique finds and many other area attractions. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.
