Its sturdy, but romantic Spanish-influenced décor, white-carpeted bedrooms and skylights throughout make Catalina a relaxing haven. For golf lovers, the mini putting green by the custom pool makes it a fun place to practice. The pool, though kidney-shaped, is large enough for laps for swimming enthusiasts. There is also a 7 foot outdoor pool table!
Active guests will find that a 26-mile paved greenway called the “Walk” is only half a block away at the end of the street. Less than a block down the trail is a manmade lake. All of the dining, shops and attractions of the Village at Hayden are also within walking distance. A wine refrigerator cabinet with wine glasses provided in its storage rack is an inviting amenity for wine enthusiasts. For couples, the master bedroom’s enormous marble shower and Jack and Jill sinks add even more appeal.

Been back four times and love the place each time. Home is always super clean and ready when we arrive. Only 2 minutes walk from the miles of walking and biking paths. Backyard is quiet and peaceful with spa and excellent swimming pool with heater for the water. Husband loved putting green in backyard too. Looking to next year already.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have very much enjoyed dealing with Sunbelt Vacations (the company as a whole) and would definitely do so again in the future. The set up to check in and check out of the house (through the garage pin pad) is easy and stress free - it helps cut down on extra time in the car which isn't great when you're travelling with children. The way everything was lined out in the binder at the home, etc. was very helpful and appreciated. We had absolutely no issues or concerns about the Catalina home, it was fantastic, a very beautiful home with a wonderful backyard and pool. The neighborhood was another bonus as there were lots of beautiful palm trees and grassy areas - great walking/bike paths too. Can't wait to come back and enjoy more of that fabulous Arizona sunshine!
