The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Village
This location is truly unique in that it has all the benefits of being just off the best sandy beach with great access and also so close to all the village activities, yet it is still very quiet private. It has great sun exposure and is very spread out from the neighboring Beach View Lodge. You do not feel crowded in like many beach locations. Many other vacation homes boast being close to the village, but this is really one of the few. We are across from the Tamarack Beach Reach resort and popular Dini’s Bar and Grill.

The Beach Villa Luxury Condos have it all. They are just across from Carlsbad's best beach. Walk for miles on this incredible sandy beach. Also there are miles of gorgeous walking along Carlsbad’s famous beach walk. You have every type of food you could desire. From casual sea food or Mexican to fine dining. Also, the Village offers art galleries, antique shops, clothes boutiques and much much more.

I grew up in the Carlsbad Village and My wife and I are part Owners of the New Carlsbad Beach Grill. My Family has owned this property since 1985, but did not develop teh Carlsbad Beach Villas until 2006. The project was created to accommodate vacationers in Carlsbads Premier Beach and Village location. My wife and I and two kids spend all of our time in the Village and are always available for guests. We enjoy meeting new people and look forward to meeting you too.

This condo is wonderful! We stayed in one of the two bedroom units. David was wonderful with accommodating our many requests -- we changed our check-in date twice! The condo is beautiful, clean and the perfect size. Not only is the condo perfect, but the location is as well. A short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping in Carlsbad. With a two car garage, parking can't be beat. The condo we stayed in had a bedroom on each floor. It was ideal for additional family that came to stay with us. We have a 3 month old and 3 year old and had plenty of room for play, and visiting with family (when we weren't on the beach!). We can't say enough about this place and the owner. We hope to be able to book again in the future!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed here for five nights, and it was really nice. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach, and we loved having a bedroom downstairs for the kids while we had the living room and our bedroom upstairs. It was very convenient having the attached garage. We could just park and load and unload our car directly into the condo as needed. We came from the east coast, and we didn't have to bring towels, beach toys or chairs - everything was there. Carlsbad is a beautiful area, and it was nice to be able to run along the beach. It was just a few minutes from Legoland and a half hour or so to San Diego. If we come back across the country we will certainly try to stay here again. My only regret is that we were only able to stay five nights.

We came to Carlsbad to welcome our daughter home from Afganistan. The condo was great. Clean and everything we needed for the week. The bed was so comfortable. We loved having the 2 stall garage. Just an awesome place! We would rent again!!!! Thanks David!

We recently stayed in unit C for one week. It was the best place that we have ever stayed for a vacation. The condo was excellent, nice, clean and new! The location was great also. WE JUST RETURNED FROM A JUNE 08 STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. WE STAYED IN UNIT B. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS CONDO. WE BOOKED IT ONLINE AND WERE VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW NICE IT WAS! WE PARTICULARLY ENJOYED THE FACT WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE OUR YORKIE AND MALTESE BABIES WITH US. THE LOCATION IS IN THE HEART OF EVERYTHING - YOU CAN WALK TO ALL THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND YOU ARE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH ACCESS. IT WAS ESPECIALLY NICE TO HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT - NO COINS REQUIRED! ANOTHER GREAT FEATURE OF THIS PROPERTY IS THE ENCLOSED TWO CAR GARAGE. WOULD WE RETURN TO CARLSBAD BEACH VILLAS? --- IN A HEARTBEAT!! WE HATED TO LEAVE!

My husband, daughter and son-in-law just stayed in Unit C over the Christmas Holidays. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would not hesitate to return there in the future. It was an extremely clean, bright condo with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and a nice living area. It is in a great location, only a block from the beach and a couple blocks from charming downtown Carlsbad. David, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating. We have repeatedly visited Carlsbad, and this has been our best accommodation to date! Cheryl, January 2008
