We stayed for a week in this beautiful house with two families (4 adults and 7 children). I can't say enough great things about this house and our experience there - it was perfect!! Communication with Scotta was prompt, friendly and patient with my many questions. The house itself is a gem - excellent location (1 block to beach access, Destin Commons is beautiful outdoor mall less than a mile away, grocery less than a mile), extremely spacious (far more beautiful than the pictures and so spacious!) and immaculately maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by how much thought and detail went into building this house and catering to their guests. So many high end touches (Bose outdoor speakers, 4 person golf cart for our use, granite, paved pool patio) and amenities made it really feel like we were staying at a friends home rather than a rental house. We called the management company twice during the week (question on stereo system and pool alarm was acting up) and they were extremely friendly to deal with, courteous and addressed our needs immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone - you will love it! Thank you for making our week in Destin such a memorable and fantastic experience!!

From the very beginning booking our March Spring Break for 2 families every communication and expectation was met. Communication with owners was top notch prior to arrival and during our stay. Once we arrived our expectations were exceeded. This IS the place for your family and The Destination in Destin. The accommodations are stunning and first rate. The golf cart provided spoiled us for a short 2 block walk. Every possible amenity and kitchen utensils and supplies were expertly provided. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms... Everything seems brand new. Beach chairs, toys, and pool games are supplied. Our only question now is when to book our next amazing getaway in Destin at the Crystal Beach House. We send our sincerest thanks to the owners of this beautiful home for sharing with us!

My family spent a wonderful week here. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked. My daughter who loves to cook really enjoyed the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a big hit since the days were sunny. The beach is a short walk but there is a golf cart for those who don't walk two blocks. We enjoyed taking great runs, biking and lounging at the house and on the beach. There is plenty of room to be together or escape for quieter times. I recommend this as a great location.

What s wonderful vacation we had at the Crystal Beach House. I take my family to Destin every year and this is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at the Crystal Beach House and I already have my deposit in for next year. It is very convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, It also has a golf cart that was a big help in getting my 80 year old parents to the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of. The pool is great to relax by after a morning at the beach. My Grandkids love the pool. it is plenty big enough for all to enjoy. The owners are also very helpful and accommodating and are very easy to reach if you have any problems. I look forward to many more vacations at the Crystal Beach House.

Our vacation at this wonderful property was spectacular! The home was spacious and even nicer than the posted pictures. It was close to the beach and very convenient to shops and restaurants. The Perfect House for Multiple Families

We stayed in this house May 2011. This house was perfect!!!! We had 2 families with young kids and a babysitter. The babysitter enjoyed having her own bungalow. The house had everything we needed. The owners even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, things for the kids and the list could go on. It was the little things the owner had supplied the house with - bandaids, first aid ointment, etc that made you realize how much the owner cared. You could tell a lot of love and attention was put into the house. The owners were also very accessible when any questions came up. The house was so big that we didn't even utilize the 3rd floor. We will definitely be staying here again.

Crystal Beach House is a beautiful home in a great location which far exceeded our expectations. The home is conveniently located a short walk from the beach entrance, multiple dinner/lunch venues (check out Camille's by the Sea!) and a quick 1-mile drive to the main strip for shopping and groceries. Despite the proximity to everything, it is quiet and quaint in the neighbordhood. The home has wood floors throughout, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the first floor is definitely setup to accomodate a large gathering. You can easily sleep 14 without everyone tripping over each other, as two of the bedrooms are in the carriage house. The first floor has a master bedroom with attached bath and a bunkroom perfect for little ones - the dual second floor masters are incredibily spacious with their own master baths. We loved the oversized rainfall showers - I will never be happy with my shower at home again! The third floor gameroom is perfect for the kids looking to spend a little inside time. The carriage house bedrooms are as nice as the main house. If you get tired of having white sand between your toes at the beach, the private pool is both spacious and well maintained. You would have never known, but a family reunion had left the rental the mornign that we arrived - but the place was spotless! Once you have been here you will call this home. Trey and Scotta are wonderful and friendly owners. We have this home on our list of repeats as we could not have been happier!

What a great vacation! This house was worth every penny.... 14 people stayed here for a week without stepping on anyones toes. A 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes from the highway. The golf cart was a extra plus for short adventures to the main drag! We would do it again in a minute!

We absolutely love this beach house. My husband reserved it the first time for my birthday and invited the whole family. The owner has been pleasant and accommodating at all times. The house is spacious, clean, artfully and pleasingly decorated and most of all, comfortable. Every guest had privacy and the younger kids loved sharing the bunk room. We appreciated having a golf cart available for treks to the beach. The pool was clean and located just behind the back porch, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids who enjoyed swimming in November. We went back again for Thanksgiving this year and were again very happy with our stay there. Hope to go back again next year.

This is THE HOUSE in Destin. You will not find anything better in Destin for the value. We had three different families and everyone came away with a smile. The house is awesome. The pool, hot tub, and golf cart are awesome, and the guest house is awesome. It is very kid friendly, but also provides the adults with privacy with great ease. Cant say enough about our stay, but my son said to make sure I told everyone it was our best vaactaion ever! Thanks so much, DSW.

We had a wonderful time at the Crystal Beach House! The home is beautiful, situated in a gorgeous neighborhood, very well maintained. The home is close to the beach--short walk! Having the golf cart was great!! Close to stores--which was very convenient. The owners were extremely friendly and very nice to work with. This was truly one of our best vacations and we plan on returning. This is a wonderful property!!! My extended family of 5 grown children, three in-law kids, 4 small grandchildren, and 3 grand babies had a most delightful visit at your lovely beach house. It was everything advertised and more. The family room is arranged in such a way that it is easy for everyone to watch TV or engage in conversation. The pool is conveniently situated and my grandchildren spent 80% of their waking time in it. One of my little granddaughters had always "dreamed" she could swim in a pool at night which she and her cousins were able to do with porch lights, pool lights, and a big bright moon hanging over them. She was so excited!!!! It is a beautifully landscaped pool with lots of toys, floats, lounge chairs, etc provided as well as lots of beach towels! The kitchen is open, spacious and the breakfast bar was the perfect spot for our little ones to eat while the "grown ups" enjoyed more leisurely meals at the wonderful, even elegant dining room table. Everything is excellently maintained and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were gorgeous and we had to have a "drawing" for the master bedroom which was truly upscale. We had a minor issue with operating the TV, called the owners, and they promptly returned our call and a technician was there the next day. We even got some extra quiet time when the children played in the third floor "game room". The quaint "carriage house" on the other side of the pool provided nice privacy for several of the adults in our party. One of my sons-in-law loves an early morning run and could leave the carriage house without disturbing anyone although the house must be very well insulated because I did not hear much noise going on anywhere when I slept on the first floor across from the adorable "bunk room" where four of my small grandchildren slept. The beach was a couple blocks away but a golf cart was provided which the children absolutely loved riding in and it certainly helped in transporting all the beach toys and blankets. The neighborhood added to the ambience of the whole beach retreat. The water really was crystal clear. Great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are close by. My daughter and I enjoyed a little outing to the brand new outlet mall. I wish you could see the video my daughter put together because it just makes me want to go back there tomorrow. I highly recommend this lovely, delightful, immaculate home where wonderful memories will be made! We plan to go back next year and can hardly wait!!!

Every amenity that you could ever want is available. The pool (hands down) is the most beautiful/functional pool-hot tub we've ever seen. Everyone commented that if ever they added a pool to their home this pool would be the model. A short walk up the street to a beautiful beach. House is close enough to the shopping, restaurants and attractions but far enough away from traffic noise. This house is the jewel in a quiet neighborhood of well-maintained homes. The owners are fantastic people who answer all your questions thoroughly and promptly. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Sadly, we had to pack up and leave at the end of the week. But then, there's always next year!

Our first visit to Destin turned into our best family vacation ever! The Crystal Beach House was breath taking and had everything we needed and more! We were a family of 4 families with 5 children under 5 and we had plenty of room. There were 2 master suites that easily accomodated pack n plays in them and the 3 older kids loved the double bunk bed room. The very large pool was the perfect place to relax and play with the kids. The very large steps into the pool were perfect for the babies to touch and play in the water. The safety alarms on the doors gave us all such a peace of mind. The beach was an easy walk and even easier with the golf cart to carry all our stuff. The beach was the most beautiful one I have ever been on in the United States. We loved eating at the Lobster Trap on the beach and the kids loved it too. We ate most of our meals in the house since we had young children with us and it was easy to do in the large, well equiped, very modern kitchen. As others have remarked in earlier reviews, the owners are as wonderful as the house is beautiful. They truly make the whole experience the best you can get. You feel like you are renting from a very dear friend. We are already trying to figure out how soon we can get back to "our" wonderful Destin vacation home!

Our family group ranged in age from 1 yrd old to 70 yr old. there werew 16 of us, and we fit perfectly in this beautiful beach house. The beach was about 200 yards away, so the golf cart made it very easy to transport people and stuff from the house to the beach (and also fun). The house comes with every amenity you can think of, including the private pool where we spent many afternoons after returning from the beach. The owner was wonderful to deal with, very helpful and informative, especially about crib rentals, etc. i would recommend this property to any group who enjoys togetherness, but also likes privacy as well. We will certainly come back again the the Crystal Beach House!

We had an amazing time at Crystal Beach House. There were 14 of us plus a baby and toddler. it was perfect!! Everything we could imagine was there for us. The child's nook bed was wonderful, "the princess bed" as my granddaughter called it. The carriage was a nice extra and the house itself was amazing. The short walk to the beach was so easy and the golf cart really came in handy for both sightseeing and going to the beach. i would definately recommend this house and want to thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us!!

Celebrating a 50th and 25th wedding anniversaries at the Crystal Beach House could not have been better! The description/pictures of the property were very accurate. The house was clean, neat and well organized. As we planned on cooking several meals, we took kitchen items, such as a crock pot and utensils, but it wasn't necessary as all were supplied. When there was a problem with a bed in the cottage, the maintenance people were there that afternoon to repair it. The location was great. (Only one regret as to shopping, don't go to Walmart on Saturday night!) Our family of thirteen would have loved to of stayed another week and hope that we can return in the future to enjoy the house, pool and beach. All of us recommend this house and if you enjoy it half as much as we did, you'll have a great time! Sharron

Absolutely wonderful beach property. Everything it was advertised to be and more. Property was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and the wonderful shower in the master bath. Customer service was outstanding, friendly, and available for questions. Highly recommend. Beach was beautiful.

It was really a wonderful experience our stay at the Crystal Beach House, which by the way is absolutely stunning. We felt at home on this gorgeous house where there was room and entertainment for all of us. The cottage house was perfect for one of our sons that has twins that are eleven months old and our other grandchildren loved their room with the bunked beds. In all the whole family loved it. The owner was great to work with. This is a perfect place for a family reunion and we are planning to return on a yearly basis

It was a beautiful house with beautiful beaches!! This is the best way to travel with small children -our favorite was the little kid's sleeping nook in the Master bedroom. It was perfect for our 2-year old! We will definitely stay here again!

We recently visited Destin Florida for our daughter's wedding. I spent many hours on the Internet researching the perfect house, as my expectations are pretty high when it comes to vacation homes. The Crystal Beach house is simply amazing! The hospitality we were given from our initial contact up to the day we arrived at the house was unexpected but most delightful. You'll find this wonderful house perfect for several families to stay in. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful! It's like staying in a private resort. Every attention was paid to detail. Very short walk to the beach, easy to do with children especially with the golf cart. Great shopping and dining close to the house although you’ll enjoy the house so much, you won’t want to venture out. We found the Destin area charming and very family oriented. We will definitely be back!

We recently spent a week at the Crystal Beach House in Destin. It was great! It was even better than described. The house is equipped nicely and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. It is a nice location being close to the beach and to shopping, resturants, etc. We hope to return for future vacations, Lord willing.

The house was amazing!! It was so close to everything (the beach,mall, restaurants etc..) The kids loved the pool. It was very relaxing and a great way to spend time with the family. We hope to return sometime soon. I would recommend to everyone. The owner is wonderful!!

This was a first time experience for us doing the "rental thing". We went with another family and had an awesome time. This is truly a beautiful and roomy home located in an ideal spot near many attractions. With 15 people in our party, we never felt cramped. The heated pool and hot tub were certainly a hit! This was a fun and relaxing vacation for us and we will definitely do it again! If you are looking for a place to vacation, you won't regret staying here!

We loved our stay at the Crystal Beach House. I wanted a home where I could invite my whole family but still have enough space to not feel like we were all invading each others space. The seperate floors and cottage house were great for this plus everyone had their own bathroom. I have a toddler so having the extra childrens bed in one of the masters was a big selling point for me. The alarm on the door was great as I wanted a vacation house with a pool but was afraid because of my young daughter. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine nothing was left out. One of my favorite things was the mattresses on the beds. I have a back injury and the our mattress gave me the best sleep I have had in years. I just emailed Scotta the owner because we are going to by one. Don't hesitate on renting this property. The owner was great to work with and always got back to us within 24 hours. We even left our poker table at the house and she shipped it back to us. Hope you have a wonderful vacation. God Bless!

One word describes this home, AWESOME!!! The layout was perfect for my family and the home was very well kept. The location was very convenient for shopping and eating out with most main attractions within a half mile. The neighborhood was pleasant and great for a morning or afternoon stroll. We couldn't have asked for a nicer beach. The water and sand was beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone and I plan on visiting again, maybe on a yearly basis.

We had a great time in the pool playing volleyball. The golf cart was a welcome extra. The house is a great family vacation house. We enjoyed our week very much, and there is a lot to do and see in the area with some great restaurants and shopping very close by.

We stayed for a week - extended family 66 yeras - 1year! We all had a good time. The beach was full of jelly fish so we spent our time by the pool, which was so much fun! The home is soooo beautiful, even more so than the pictures. We spent so much time together in the HUGE kitchen. The owners thought of everything and were very nice. House is so convenienlty located to restaurants and shopping. The golf cart was a nice treat too. We highly recommend.
