Our home is located just outside the Tahoe Keys Marina.Level, easy access to our cedar sided home that features a Great Room with hwd.flrs, leather couches,river rock fireplace with built in 37" LCD tv with Sony Home Theater system (total of six tv's) Kitchen has granite slab counters and is very well stocked including a wine refrig.Balcony deck off the Great Room has propane gas bbq and patio set.Huge Master bedroom suite upstairs has walk in closet, bath with spa tub and glass shower. Downstairs is a small family room for the kids with tv,dvd,vcr,dsl,and "Buck the singing deer". Inside laundry room leads to the two car garage with remote control. Walk to Lake Tahoe via a nature trail. Close to casinos, ski areas, marinas, restaurants, etc. Sleeps eight with two Kings, one Queen and two twins.

South Lake Tahoe has something for everbody. In the summer the hiking trails, sailing and beaches are the greatest. In the winter we have world class sking at several resorts.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is on a level lot with a double car garage that makes access really easy in the winter. The fireplace in the Great Room makes for cozy meals at the dining table for eight.

My husband and I recently rented this home with another family for three nights over the holidays, and it was an absolutely perfect setting for our family vacation. The pictures don't do full justice to just how gorgeous the home is. We fell in love with the Great Room, and the open floor plan meant we could all cook and dine together while sharing stories and board games together by the fire. The kids got a kick out of Buck downstairs in the family room, and we enjoyed convenient access to sledding, skiing, snowmobiling, and outdoor fun. The owners are extremely professional and were a pleasure to deal with. What a fortunate surprise to have come across this listing!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
