Our upper level, end-unit Villa overlooks Sunset Pond - perfect for watching the magical sunsets while sipping Margaritas after a day of golf or sun. Located right in the middle of all that Bear Trap Dunes has to offer - golf, pools, restaurants, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a shuttle to the beach.
The main level of our second floor unit features an open and airy great room with a cathedral ceiling, a full dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area for reading, a master bedroom/bathroom, and a second bedroom and bathroom. A screened-in porch offers dining al-fresco, which opens to a peaceful deck with a spectacular view of the pond. Upstairs you will find a very private loft (third bed room) with a full bath.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom suite features a comfy King-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and full bath. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, TV, and full-sized hall bath. The loft bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath and large closet. There are four TV’s, DVD, VCRs, and full-sized washer and dryer. For your convenience, we provide pillows and bed covers.
If you have never been to Bear Trap Dunes, you are in for a treat. This much sought after resort has it all. Twenty-seven holes of Championship golf, two outdoor pools, a Pavilion with a full workout center, a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, showers, community room with TV, huge outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a computer to check your email, and five HAR-TRU tennis courts.

Rentals only to be rented to family groups only or to qualified non-family groups wherein at least two guests signing the lodging agreement are 25 years of age or older and will occupy the property during the entire term of the agreement and will supervise and be responsible for any members of the group that are under 25 years of age. A family group is defined as a married couple, parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one property. An unqualified non-family group is defined as unrelated adults, high school students, college students, or any other type of situation not meeting the age requirements stipulated herein.
