Let me begin with the obvious, the facility and the location were incredible. That, we expected when we decided to rent a place at Ritz Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch. The free lift tickets were awesome and a huge money saver. Skiing is why we came here, after all! The lift was literally right outside the door and each morning, valet had our skis laid out ready to step right in and hop on the lift. What was the game changer was Travel en Vogue! What an amazing customer service experience. From the first inquiry call to the arrival, the attention to client satisfaction was top notch. The responsiveness and the communication by the agent was world class. Michele was the person that helped me and even with my fifty questions that had nothing to do with the Club itself, every question was answered with excitement and genuine concern that this be the best vacation ever. It was very clear she knew the Club and the towns of Avon and Vail first hand. Thank you for facilitating an incredible vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
