This condo was everything promised and more. Yes, it is small, but it was sufficient for our needs. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and not the older white ones shown online. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa that our son slept on. This condo was very clean - everything looked fresh and new! Our vehicle was parked right outside the door - so very convenient! The owner was very helpful and friendly whenever we talked with him, and our deposit was returned promptly. I have already recommended this condo to friends. It was not a problem to drive 5 miles into Breckenridge daily and pay for all day parking when we were getting such a good deal on our housing.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
