Escape to paradise in Seacrest Beach at this lovely gulf-front gem. This beautiful 5 bedroom home features a designer interior, washer/dryer and its own private gulf-front pool. Located on a bluff with fabulous views, you can take the boardwalk steps down to one of the most beautiful beaches you've ever seen!
We are conveniently located 6 miles from Seaside and 1.6 miles from Rosemary Beach on the beautiful Hwy 30-A. Destin, FL is also a short 40 minute drive to shopping & entertainment of all kinds. Or,you can also take a short 15-minute drive to Panama City Beach, FL. for a quick change of pace from the quiet serenity of 30-A. The recently opened Pier Park in Panama City Beach is pretty incredible!
The first level of Sweet Dreams features a twin bedroom w/ bath, a laundry room and a large den (5th bedroom) with 2 sofas and a Futon, full bath, tv/dvd/vcr and microwave/refrigerator for your convenience. Exit the downstairs den onto a private, fenced in pool with a breathtaking view of the Gulf.
The second level is for living with a view! You'll find a lovely den/dining/kitchen combination as well as a queen bedroom with a bath. The den also has a queen sofa sleeper and tv/dvd. Off the den you will find the gulf view from the porch mesmerizing. This porch is great for lounging or for dining.
The third level features an incredible master bedroom with a king sized bed and a huge bathroom suite including a walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and 2-head shower. It also offers a tv/dvd for your enjoyment. The view from its 3rd floor porch is incredible. On a clear day, you can see Destin, FL to your right and Panama City, FL to your left. The ocean sunsets are to die for! Also on the third level is another bedroom with a queen bed and bath of its own.
Sweet Dreams offers private spaces for large crowds to truly spread out and enjoy individual activities. Each room has its own television with DVDs in master bedroom,second floor den and first floor den/bedroom.
Our hope is that you will feel quite at home in our "Sweet Dreams". Our kitchen is fully furnished with many extras for cooking big or small meals. We also pride ourselves in taking great care of our visiting friends. We are always available to help you in anyway before your vacation and during your stay.

We had the best time!! The location was great and we loved the pool and ocean right out our back door. There were 11 of us counting the 4 young ones so we had more than enough room. I was disappointed that there was no extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, kitchen towels and no salt and pepper. These are some things I would have expected to have in the house.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Sweet Dreams was the perfect choice for our group! We took a portion of our daughter's softball team down to stay during a Panama City tournament. It was perfect. Plenty of room for them and other private space for adults. Everyone had a great time. The pool is spacious, the porches have great views, the beach was private and the chairs provided by owners were a real plus. We were able to add more chairs at a modest cost. We cooked in, cooked out and ate at nearby restaurants. Mostly, the girls rested on the beach or in the pool in between games. No fighting the crowds on the beach or reaching outside your window to shake hands with your neighbors. Very private and very perfect!!!! Also, the owners were very easy to work with and made our booking very easy. We'll go back for next year's tournament!

Sweet Dreams is the place to go... very private and right on the beach. The views are incredible and the sunsets from the balcony are the only place to be! If you have children, it is a great house to watch the children swim in the private pool from the balconies. It is a perfect location... right near Rosemary and Seaside with a bike trail all down 30A. With 3 levels, the house is well suited for families or several couples to celebrate special occasions. Who wants to go to Seaside with no privacy??

I stayed at Sweet Dreams in the fall of 2008. I cannot say enough good things about the relaxing atmosphere of the house and its convenient location, near EVERYTHING of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. I would go back in a flash!

What a wonderful house! It was so great have had the opportunity to enjoy a week here. The house is very spacous and well appointed. The balconies on the second and third floors were one of our favorite places to relax. The private pool and easy access to the beach makes this a great place to stay. Sweet Dreams is so conveniently located to shopping, resturants, and golf. We had lots of fun riding bikes up and down the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! This home will take your breath away! Not only is every care taken in the decor, but the design as well. Discreet laundry room, great arrangement for the kitchen/second bedrooms - and the master - WOW! The owners made a commitment to invest in a true get-away, and the rest of us get to enjoy the results! The views are wonderful - great sunsets from the back deck. Bike trail is right behind the home, too. Pick up groceries on your way in, because you won't want to leave!

We have stayed at Sweet Dreams several times and have always had a wonderful time. It is a perfect house for a family vacation with kids. And it is a perfect house for a getaway with other couples. Plenty of room---beautiful views---private pool---beautifully decorated, but very comfortable. Sweet Dreams is the perfect vacation home!!
