This beautiful house is located in the area's only upscale, complete, resort, vacation home community, Windsor Palms. The resort is located only five minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom. The community is gated with 24 hour manned gatehouse.

Game Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball.

The vacation house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are TWO king size master suites. The house has its own private screened pool, which is over-sized and includes a Jacuzzi, which also doubles as a kiddy pool. Also stand alone Hot Tub which is always heated free of charge to 104 degrees. There is also quality patio furniture, together with sun loungers for your enjoyment.

Bedding arrangements include a king in the master suite - French themed, king in the second master suite - Chinese themed, two twin beds in bedroom three - Boating themed, and two twin beds in bedroom four - Disney themed.

There is a big screen TV in the lounge with free HBO and cable televisions in all bedrooms. The house is also fully-equipped for disabled persons with ramped entrance, roll in shower in the third bathroom, and wide doorways to bedrooms three and four as well as bathroom three.

Windsor Palms Resort has many activities such as an Olympic-size pool and wading pool for the kids, work out room, game room, 60 seat movie theater, pizza restaurant, and sundry shop. The clubhouse is luxuriously appointed and the resort is beautifully landscaped.

There are basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts are onsite, together with a kids playground, walking trails, and biking trails. The huge, central, pool area will provide a suitable location for the kids to meet new friends, leaving the adults to soak up the sun at the house pool!

Disney is 3 miles. Celebration is 5 miles. Kissimmee is 12 miles.

Nightly Rate is FROM $129 per night plus taxes at 13%

20% Deposit secures reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

NO Cleaning Charge for stays of 6 nights or more.Cleaning Charge of $80 for stays of LESS than 6 nights.

Pool heat is optional at $20 per night for number of nights house reserved.

Hot Tub always heated free of charge.
