This comfortable home is situated on the "sunny side" of Town overlooking the ski area and town of Telluride. Located only two blocks from Main Street restaurants and shops, it still allows for peace and quiet. Town Park, the site of many festivals and activities, is just a short three minute walk. The views from the deck are so spectacular you might not go anywhere else!

The home is best suited for up to three couples or a large family. There are two bedrooms, with queen beds on the upper levels, and a studio set up downstairs with a tiny bedroom, bathroom, and living area. A "sleeping" loft area, suitable for one adult or two children, is also offered.

We are looking for responsible adults and/or a family that wish to experience a Telluride vacation at a "less than Telluride price". The home is well equipped yet with modest furnishings and a rate to match.
