A short drive to the more upscale shopping malls, wonderful golf courses, and within short driving distance to Tampa (Busch Gardens), Orlando (Disney World) St. Petes, Clearwater and more.....
The South facing, fully screened heated pool and lanai area offers views of preserve.

The 2 story villa is neutrally decorated and has a bright, light cool calm and relaxing feeling. Furnished to the highest standards throughout and fully air-conditioned.The landscaping & pool are maintained to the highest standards, which are tended weekly. For your safety, there are smoke detectors throughout the home.

1st Floor

Family Room:
This family room is furnished with sofa and loveseat, coffee table, side tables, table lamps, cable TV, with sliding patio doors leading to pool and lanai area.

Dining Room:
Excellently located from kitchen with round glass dining table & chairs. Patio doors leading to pool and lanai area.

Kitchen:
This large bright kitchen with light wood cabinetry, tile flooring is fully equipped to a high standard. Appliances include Range, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Crockery, Cutlery, Utensils and Kitchenware.

Breakfast Area:
Situated at the end of the kitchen with a large window overlooking front landscaping with breakfast table & chairs.

Laundry Room : Has Large Washer & Dryer. Exit to garage.

Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom - has a King size bed with en-suite bathroom and extra large walk-in closet. The room has 2 night stands, lamps and dlass top round table.

Master Bathroom:
Comprises of dual sink, large wall mirror with wall decor lighting, shaver point, walk-in shower & large tub, WC


Powder Bathroom:
Comprises of sink, wall mirror with wall decor lighting & WC.

2nd Floor

Den Area:
The den area is furnished with a 2 day beds, coffee table, lamp, decor wood unit with cable TV, with balcony overlooking family room. Easily can be converted as use for extra sleeping area.

Has Queen Bed with head board, night stand, lamp unit and closet

3rd Bedroom:
2 Twin beds, night stand, lamp and closet


2nd Bathroom:
Comprise of sink, wall mirror with wall decor lighting & tub shower; ideally situated between 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and den area
