This Ocean side family friendly home features 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Pool, Hot Tub and Free High Speed Internet, and TWO refrigerators to accomadate large groups. Updated with designer furnishing to make your stay as relaxed as possible. Enter into a marble foyer area with two columns leading into the spacious Living Room. This large living area features 2 couches, a Queen sleeper, and 2 large inviting chairs. The large screen T.V. along with VCR/DVD are in an elegant Armoire. Centered in the living room is a marble fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Pool/Patio area (great for watching the children play while enjoying some quiet time).
The ALL new kitchen with Granite Counter tops, upgraded top of the line stainless steel appliances are perfect for cooking up that gourmet meal. The eat-in kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs that seat 6 people. Open to the living room is the dining area with beautiful rattan/wicker and glass dining furniture that seats 8 people comfortably. A sliding glass door leads to the near ocean pool and patio area, which features large kidney shaped Pool, 6 person Hot Tub, table and chairs for 6, charcoal and gas grill as well as plenty of pool furniture for the entire gang.
The sleeping areas include 2 Master Suites, both with King bed, private Bath, TV and VCR. Both of these bedrooms have sliding glass doors with private entrances to the pool and patio area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, private bath and TV/VCR. ALL bathrooms recently updated with granite counter vanities! The last bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV/VCR/DVD and uses the 4th bath in hall area. This home is truly a warm and relaxing place for your next family's vacation on Hilton Head Island.

Family Gathering on Hilton Head Island.

We just completed our week long family vacation on Hilton Head Island and it was fantastic. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. It actually has 2 master bedrooms which was especially nice. We had 3 adult couples and 3 children and it was not the least bit crowded. The living and dining areas are large with very nice furnishings. Again, plenty of room. The walk to the beach was about a block with no roads to cross. And after baking on the beach it was nice to come home and jump in the pool. The pool was terrific and almost a necessity. With plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill we spent a lot of time "hanging out" there. With all the choices for rentals on the island, we could not have picked a better home; we would definitely go back. Thank you Matt.

Loved this home, all one level living is the only way to go! Great sunny pool area,with plenty of chairs. Was exactly as advertised very close to the beach and we walked to the tennis courts every day. Owner was local and takes fantastic care of this home, he was great to deal with. Very clean, and everything worked . We will be back for sure!!!

Love this place in the Spring and Fall. Gets sun all day and the pool is comfortable to wade into. Owner is very responsive to any concerns and the house is great for couples or families. Can walk to hotels for lunch and of course the beach is the best.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Stayed at this property with my Sister's family. We had ten people with plenty of room. It was perfect! We loved how close it was to the beach and was very kid friendly. We appreciated two refrigerators. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you.
